not only did i have to wait for all my items when they came it wasn’t even the item i ordered
not only did i have to wait for all my items because they sent them separately they only went and sent me the wrong item which is worth £10 less than what i brought and now are not responding to my emails or calls but are still sending other emails that don’t relate i have tried to return the wrong item and they have tried to charge me all round not impressed with my order, the service or the delivery service

This company was great for the ease to order what I wanted for my partners birthday. The delivery service was a bit strange as got sent some individually but it was faster than expected.

I ordered the kids school shoes online
I ordered the kids school shoes online, using blue light discount, as you can't use it in store. 5 days later still waiting for delivery. Emailed to enquire. Only to be told they have been lost in transit and issued a refund. Fuming as my blue light discount was a boosted discount, so got more off than the normal discount. I believe JD didn't want to sell at this price so deliberately didn't send the order!! I had to reorder, but only at the normal blue light discount! Not impressed with JD at all.

Great service
I seen an adidas tracksuit jacket in Glasgow whilst through for a show however, when I returned home to Dundee they didn't have it in stock.
I enquired if they could order it for me and order 2 sizes and x-small & a small.
A few days later I received a text the jackets had arrived. I popped into the shop explained the situation and tried on both jackets, the x-small was the better fit. The assistant was very helpful and returned the small jacket no problem.
First class service and a very happy customer.
