Sone thieving dishonest person un your warehouse switched my trainers for a cheap different pair and i sent back after speaking to staff in store and them saying what they think happened as said didn't sell ones i was sent and refused refund after sending ones i received back and still not sent even the ones I got scammed with back so im £121 down

The customer service they can’t help you properly and they will attitude talking like rude and call take longer as well20 to 30 minutes and delivery as well Receive late they will charge £3 extra

I never received the item
I never received the item! It took 3 ridiculously long attempts to get through to customer service who told me the item had been delivered to the wrong store a week previous. Still waiting for an update on the tracking to actually let me know though. Major fail JD.
