My first order with Jaycotts and I’m delighted. Arrived in less than 24 hours from placing order. Loved how it was packed with tissue patterns. Will be using again and again and again.

What can I say- excellent from order to delivery and choice of products!!!

I am not a very confident user of internet ordering. However when I saw a selection of patterns I on Jaycotts decided to take the plunge. The very easy and straight forward way of ordering was ideal for me. Then the orders were delivered extremely quickly. The communication to keep me informed of my orders really assured me I had done things correctly.

I highly rate the service and will look forward to ordering again.

If you could give 6 stars, that's what I'd be doing now.
Zips. Such a complete range AND availability. That's important - other zip sellers often don't actually have the zip type/length/colour in stock and ready to post … but Jaycotts have never let us down AND they ship instantly. Really, if I need a zip tomorrow, and we're talking quality zips here, provided I put my order in at a sensible time, it arrives the very next morning! Really can't fault that. So SIX STARS to the lovely team there.

What great customer service, quick response to my emails assisting me in sourcing a birthday present for my wife. Item arrived very quickly and very well packaged. Definitely would recommend and will be my first port of call in future

I ordered some zips as replacements for fleeces and jackets. The website was straightforward to follow. I received timely emails. They arrived in a couple of days. They were packed well in a cardboard envelope with a delivery docket enclosed. The type, size and colour were exactly as I ordered. The quality was good. Perfect. Yes, I would use them again.

Brilliant company. My late Mum always bought from them. So when my machine had problems I got in touch with them for help.
Right from the start they were so helpful and friendly. I took my machine in and as promised had a call when it was ready for collection.
I will certainly contact them again. The Chester showroom is a treasure trove of machines, patterns and sewing aids. Fabulous! Very happy to recommend.

I absolutely love this company. I order patterns from them all the time, very easy web site and payment page. My patterns arrive within 24/48 hrs on average. They email me with updates....what more could you ask for. 5 star company that others could learn from.

Excellent service. I ordered 4 items for my wife, for Christmas. Delivered AM Tuesday, no issues at all. The items all appear to be of good quality, my wife researches things she wants so i know she will have looked into these closely.
