Customer service were extremely helpful and informative.
The arrangement arrived on time, and was absolutely stunning! Exactly what I wanted!
Will definitely use Jane Packer again.

Beautiful flowers, even nicer than advertised online. My mother was thrilled to receive them. They arrived in a timely manner and were fresh and in a beautiful elegant cardboard box. Not up to your standards of the past for the price and the box is gone. My local florist produced a far better bouquet for less. Sad

Not sure what I was expecting…
Not sure what I was expecting considering the price, but was very disappointed when the flowers arrived, box was damaged and the flowers seemed withered. I wouldn’t order again as they are far too expensive and not worth the price.

I have used Jane Packer for a few years…
I have used Jane Packer for a few years now. Beautiful flowers. Pricey but well worth it. They arrive in excellent condition, full bloom and vibrant. This is brilliant if you want them to arrive on the day of the special occasion and have the desired effect, no waiting for the flowers to perk up. Requested morning delivery and they arrived on time. Ordering via phone or online is smooth and easy. So far, great experience!

The delivery of the flowers was a day…
The delivery of the flowers was a day late than i requested , therefore missing the birthday ,
Also they did not look like Jane Packer flowers , looked like M&S , but three times the price .
Will not be using them again .
