Not entirely memorable
Not entirely memorable. Flowers were upturned with water saturating basket and some roses had obviously fallen. I’ve ordered from Jane packer before and they were better packed. Alas, not any more.

Beautiful hat box flowers for my auntie’s 90th birthday…
These were ordered for my auntie’s 90th birthday so they were sent to her nieces house where she was celebrating.
Everyone had a look at them and said how fantastic they were and she has taken them back home to Chelsea and enjoying them still.
The service was good and they arrived on the requested day and we was updated regularly on progress where the driver was.
Would thoroughly recommend !

I have purchased from Jane Packer on a few occasions but unfortunately the item ordered didn’t reflect the price paid. The item is very well packaged but the flowers had already blossomed and only lasted a few days and sadly to say they didnt look as if you was reviving a quality product.

Fantastic arrangement and service, they even changed the colour of the hatbox at my request as the one I wanted wasn’t shown as a option to purchase.

The flowers were smaller than on website and they were not fresh at all, had brown marks on them and looked old. Didnt have any smell.

Sent a Hatbox of roses to a friend for her Birthday. The whole thing was beautifully packaged and presented which I could see from the delivery photo. She was over the moon with it.
