Was So exited to receive my order as I…
Was So exited to receive my order as I had spend over 500 pounds
But on receipt of my order
3 outfits were damaged, the embroidery of the kameez was missing on the first outfit the second outfit the beads where falling of the kameez and in the third outfit 3 buttons had already come of the kameez, how disappointing! Who ever send the order to me clearly hadn’t checked the order before posting it out to me or maybe they have done this on purpose sending reject stuff out none the less
I put a complaint in on the 6-7 of this month,November they wanted proof so I sent images so they apologised and said they would send a returns label to which I packed two of the outfits as I thought I would sew buttons back on the 3rd outfit,
My husband and I packed the 2 damaged items sealed the packaging with duct tape and posted via post office,
OUTCOME SO FAR-
Had to chase for a refund
They only refunded for one outfit!
They claimed it hadn’t been sent the second outfit
Still chasing payment
Endless emails and when they said they would call me so waited almost 2 hours they said they called but couldn’t get through even the phone was with me the whole time
This is the outcome so far let’s see what happens tomorrow
Never will I shop from this website again

We completely understand that the delay caused inconvenience and we sincerely apologise for that.
Following our telephone conversation, a 15% refund was given as a discount for the faulty item kept by you and a free shipping voucher was given for your next order, as a compensation of the unpleasent experience you had.

Unfortunately the item you received had a minor issue.We did try our best to resolve the issue by providing you with a free return label so the item could be returned for a full refund or replacement. However, as the item was thrown into the dustbin, we were unable to proceed with a full refund, as our policy requires the item to be returned for inspection.
Despite this, we still offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, but we understand that this was not acceptable to you.

Janan quality is the reason we keep buying outfits from them. Our most recent purchase was online where we had a great variety and choice to choose from. The outfits are always of good quality and we never feel disappointed. The service is swift whereby the parcel is always delivered by royal mail within a few days. And the returns process (to return wrong sizes) is also very swift.

I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH SHIPPING TIME AND HAD TO CHASE UP MY ORDER FOR IT TO BE SHIPPED OUT AND IT ARRIVED TOO LATE. I HAD NO USE FOR MOST OF THE ITEMS AS FUNCTION DATE HAD PASSED PLUS THEY WERE ALL FAR TOO BIG.
I HAD TO INITIATE A RETURN WHICH WAS SANCTIONED BY KAMRAN, WHO UNDERSTOOD MY SITUATION AND HELPED WITH MY RETURNS AND ALSO SENT ME A RETURNS LABEL. HOWEVER, I HAD PROBLEMS WITH ROYAL MAIL PARCEL COLLECTION AND HAD TO TAKE IT MYSELF TO POST OFFICE MYSELF AFTER WAITING FOR A WEEK
