The technical team were excellent and…
The technical team were excellent and gave me appropriate advice for the caravan fridge I purchased. However, the customer service prior to getting the advice was poor. I waited a long time for my calls to be answered and was subjected to horrendous country and western music while waiting to be connected. I can’t be the only customer who found this irritating. But for this, it would have been a 5 star rating.

I ordered a battery charger one weekend…
I ordered a battery charger one weekend with 48 hour Royal mail tracked delivery. I wanted to charge a battery ready for a trip the following weekend, but it didn't arrive until that following weekend. Poor service and they have lost any future business from me.

The order was dispatched on our side using Royal Mail Tracked 48, but unfortunately the delay occurred within Royal Mail’s network after dispatch. While that part of the delivery process is outside of our direct control, we appreciate this still caused inconvenience and we’re sorry the service did not meet expectations on this occasion.

First time I've used this company
First time I've used this company, was impressed with the customer services people who were polite, friendly and helpful. My item was dispatched promptly on a Friday afternoon however Royal snail took until the following Thursday to deliver 48hrs tracked, they let you down badly. I will still deal with you again, wasn't your fault.
