Parcel arrived and delivered to my neighbours house, if the neighbour didn’t bring it around I would never know if it had been delivered plus no fitting instructions with the skylight

First time I've used this company
First time I've used this company, was impressed with the customer services people who were polite, friendly and helpful. My item was dispatched promptly on a Friday afternoon however Royal snail took until the following Thursday to deliver 48hrs tracked, they let you down badly. I will still deal with you again, wasn't your fault.

Poor service
Poor, Heki rooflight was without the shorter screws required for my caravans roof thickness. Spoke to seller who initially told me I would have to return the whole item. I said i would double check the screws were not in the box, they were not. I rang back and the member of staff I dealt with was unavailable, I was told I would be called back but never was and ended up having to source my own shorter screws. I would have expected the seller to send a packet of the screws as soon as possible or offer compensation as the product was crucially incomplete.
