Really good quality product
Really good quality product, delivered on time.
I went to Jackson’s because the original fencing and gates I needed when I bought my property all came from them 25 years ago and have been absolutely terrific. With the exception of the gate this one has been bought to replace, they are in really good condition even now. The reason I needed to buy a new gate now is that I had somewhat foolishly painted the original with one of these proprietary stain/protective coats which of course is not necessary given the way in which Jackson’s treat their products before delivery. The fencing - some 300m of it – and the other gates I bought from them and have not “treated” in any other way are in really good condition even now after 25 years. Lesson learned!

Really nice quality fencing,looks great when installed, one one slight negative is the screws installed causes quite a bit of splintering around the hole,so had to debure quite a few holes no big deal though.

The Perfect Fencing for us
We have a lovely dry-stone wall around our property. We have dogs, so the wall would not keep them securely in our garden. I didn’t want to hide the wall behind secure fencing. Jackson’s fencing provided the perfect solution. It’s almost invisible, but strong, durable and there’s no maintenance required. It’s a brilliant high-quality product. The sales team were so friendly and helpful. It really has been one of life’s joys to have found Jackson’s Fencing.
We have had it installed some time and have had cause to request extra clips for when we took out some fence panels for some garden maintenance and list some clips. The after-sales team again were friendly, helpful and super efficient.

Top quality fencing
Top quality fencing. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Clever design. I am 82 and I managed to erect the fence with my wife's help. The fence looks good and I am very pleased with it.

Reassuringly expensive
Reassuringly expensive. Nothing comes close to Jackson's quality and longevity - I've been buying their kit for decades, when other people have replaced their fences multiple times over, the Jackson's fence just sits there, smugly shrugging off time.

The product was great however the service I received from this company was absolutely terrible one of the worst company’s I have worked with in terms of service, I asked for materials that we no longer needed to be collected and I waited over a month for them to be collected and refunded and well as being spoken to so rudely by certain staff members when I said I was not happy after being told 2 times they would collect, and did not.

The staff were very helpful to an old man loading heavy bales of shavings
I would like to add I’m sure the shavings a few years back were shavings not processed. I preferred them when they were complete shavings but I still keep coming back.

While the product itself has not changed, the composition can vary naturally depending on the species and the sections of timber being processed each day. The shavings are not dust extracted, although improvements in our process mean they generally contain less dust than in previous years.
