Quite happy to take your money, and after 6 months of waiting, they won't even assist in tracking where my pasta machine is! Im suspicious of that SHOP tracking app anyway, as its never accurate and any items expected through that tracking always disappears. I wonder if its even real and IF the items are EVER sent in the first place!

I wish I’d checked them out before ordering a camping bunk bed! I waited ages and then received a blanket!!! I had kept all details etc and raised dispute via PayPal. I was asked to return the blanket - which I duly did and have receipt to prove this - only to have my refund request denied! Shame on you PayPal and shame on you Jacklovev or Shie Trading you thieving ‘insert own expletive’.

They are liers, thieves. Bad guys. They steal your money, as they did with mine. I bougth an pasta machine and recieved a plastic garbage.

As with all other reviews. Zero would be the appropriate rating. Ordered a Pasta Maker Machine and too received a plastic tube. Now being dispute through my Credit card company after several email with Jacklove (or however they are) .

They are scammers, you don't get what you order and pay for. Their response when notified is the same every time, that you'll like what they send you which is not what you ordered. I ordered two Galaxy roses and paid for them, but they sent me a plastic noodle machine at least that what they said it was.

I ordered 2 automatic pasta machines AUD80. As claimed the goods that arrived was total rubbish. I however dont give up. I have contacted the company and I will be escalating this to PayPal as well as my Bank. You must fight against these rip off companies. You have several months to dispute a transaction through your bank. Do not give up and allow dodgy rip off people to take your hard earned $$$$- Do something!

I ordered 2 electronic grills and did not receive it they sent me a pack of screwers tried contacting the company no response

Ordered their Automatic Pasta Maker via a Facebook advert; confirmed on their page what the product was as well as noting the shipping confirmation received image of the product. What showed up a month or so later as a plastic plunger tube with various cut patterns. When I inquired about it being a mistake and requested a refund, I was given a platitude apology and essentially told to suck it up. When I persisted, a paltry (and insulting) refund of less than 10% of the purchase price was offered. Classic bait and switch scam. Don't trust this company or anyone related to it. They are crooks. Claim filed with PayPal and will be submitting a criminal fraud complaint to the LEOs.

Absolutely horrible. Bought a Electric grill and Recieved a pack of skewers. Tried to contact them and keep getting an automated reply "sorry your unhappy. Product work great and last long time!" They will not refund my money or give me an address to send this crap back!!! So mad and disgusted with this place!

I too ordered the pasta maker machine after a couple months of debating with myself and I too got the crappy piece of plastic. Stay away! Scam! I hope I can get a refund from PayPal.

Note: Thankfully saved all invoices, emails, texts, pics, etc..—sent them in to PayPal with my dispute and dispute was resolved quickly with PayPal. Jacklovev insulted me by offering $3 to settle. I told them where to go.

If i could put zero stars i would, ordered 3 what we thought were pretty cool pasta makers and got 3 shoddy plastic cookie presses. Sooooo uncool!! Grrrrrrr...i have an open PayPal dispute, crossing fingers something can be done. Ripoff!!!

Only giving 1 star because zero wasn’t an option. Automatic pasta machine my a**! I got a plastic tube pos. Automatic means exactly that! You get better from wish.com and that’s saying something.

I also bought a so called automatic pasta machine from Facebook ad from them and i received a manual plastic tube from them it is a total scam. Don’t buy anything from them. I wrote email to them which they replied as I didn’t read the prescription right! I am furiously angry and still haven’t heard from them about the refund!

Ordered a Pasta Making Machine after seeing the fabulous video on the advert on Facebook. What I received was nothing like what i'd ordered and it was just a plastic plunger with slot on heads. I paid via Paypal so I have escalated a Charge back so hopefully I will get my money back. Absolute 'scammers' - they should not be allowed to get away with this

This company is a scam!!! I Was sent something totally different than what I ordered, Paid $36 for a cat house made of rattan and wood furniture, was sent a piece of cheap cloth sewn together for a cat bed worth about one dollar. When I tried to contact company, they just keep sending replies your cat would like the bed , it’s healthy for it. And to have a happy life. I can’t believe they can get away with taking your money like that! Don’t throw away your money to them

I ordered a pasta maker am got a crapy version of a plastic cookie presses. Communicstion is HORRIBLE with this company! They are NOT an honorable company!! There are no morals or values or PRIDE.
