Avoid ordering from Jack & Jones online.
I placed an order worth over €200 for 6 chino pants. Instead, I received 2 pairs of jeans that I never ordered.
The biggest problem? Their return system asks me to return the 6 chino pants that I never received, making it impossible to process the return correctly.
Customer service has been even more frustrating. Every time I try to contact them, I'm met with a chatbot. On Tuesday it told me to come back Wednesday to speak to a human. On Wednesday it told me to come back Thursday. Then Thursday became Friday. It feels like I'm being sent in circles with no way to reach an actual person.
This has been one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I've had. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Jack & Jones online. I hope they improve their customer service and fix their return system.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience! You need to change your carrier for your Greek network immediately. In addition, you need to state clearly the shops that are part of Jack & Jones because the shop I visited was part of another business group and I couldn't redeem my discount coupon. I am never buying Jack & Jones again

Fantastic service with fast and free shipping!
I had €10 on a gift card and needed a new swimsuit. I didn't want navy or black, which was all they had in store. I used the giant iPad to get one in a flashy print I love and it was delivered to the house, free of charge, within three business days. That's a BIG win, as far as I'm concerned. I love the new suit. Can't wait to take it with me to Spain and Montenegro later this summer.

wrong item was shipped
wrong item was shipped. I ordered 5715865988732 but instead I got Article number 12291385. Since only one item is wrong and if i return the item and order it again I will end up with paying the shipping cost. So I didnt return it. Not happy with the service.
