Like all the reviews here. Scooter lasted all of a month. Then died. Along with all hopes of a repair or refund. Save yourself the hassle. Dont bother.

Absolutely horrible! The products are of very bad quality (charger broke after a view months and the skateboard after half a hear). Tried to reach them ever since and there is NO customer service whatsoever. After 1,5 years still no chance of reaching them, even when you follow the exact steps for when you want a repair, no answers! Stay away from this site if you want to save yourself some trouble.

I am just contacting them because I have lost my battery key, but I have had my ebike since October 2019 and I love it, no problems. Heavier than I expected, but that is my fault, they published the weight in kg and I have no automatic concept being used to pounds. Looking at the reviews I can only assume the pandemic has affected them in some terrible way. I haven't needed them since buying until now, but was more than happy with the service and timing I received at that time. Hopefully things will start to improve for everyone now.

Absolutely shocking product and company to deal with, purchased iwat motion r6 without checking reviews(really wish I had). Back tyre came off rim within a few mins of riding and seems no way to put it back on. Electrical fault developed as well causing it to cut out and has the power of a flea when trying to go up any sort of incline. Emailed company numerous times with no reply and can never get anyone in the phone. Bunch of robbing fraudsters... Avoid at all costs.. Ps sorry about the language but iv never been so disgusted in my life at such a pathetic product and non existent customer service!!!!!!

Do not use this company or buy from them. My son's scooter broke after a couple of uses. I have tried numerous times to contact I-wat but no reply ever, no phone number to call, no response to messages. So very disappointing as he's only 9 and saved up all his money to buy this scooter.

If I could chose a lower rating I would. Zero customer service. Scooter gave problems from the start. Very poor build quality. No response to all from efforts to contact company.the front mudguard came off first then shortly after the back mudguard fell off, the handle bars went very loose which was unsafe to steer then an
electrical vault in the scooter occurred, it would not turn on anymore and would just beap. All within 2 months of buying the scooter absolute rubbish stay clear!!!!

The company is absolutely rubbish. I have ordered twice from them and once I have waited for my delivery 2 months and 2nd order already I wait for over a month, with no response from customer to my 4 emails. Very enoyed with them. Never ever going to order from them again.

Customer service is shocking. I paid £44.58 on 20th August for a return to get a repair done on my Daughters scooter. I've sent pictures of the problem but nothing but complete silence from iwatmotion. They have no telephone support and after 6 e-mails still no reply and no refund. Their products are really good but when something goes wrong you have to rely on them to fix it.

I purchased the grey electric irider scooter/ bike. After I paid for my bike I seen some of the negative reviews and started to panic.. Even tried to cancel my order. I spoke to customer service who were excellent and very nice. By logging into my account I was able to trace the bikes journey from Spain to edinburgh. 3 says later my scooter arrived and I have not been disappointed!! It was super easy to set up. The quality is superior to anything I have seen or came across in the U.K.. Sturdy but neat and looks smart. I love the scooter so much I tried to buy another one but they no longer sell my model (the current one has pedals and mine is throttle only ). I bought a replacement battery so hopefully will I have my scooter for longer. I've currently had it almost 7months. I use it every single day at least twice and ive not had any issues. Battery and power as good as new. Tyres and brakes all sound.. I love this bike and it's a shame that iwatt have bad reviews as my experience and bike are amazing .

THEN 3 MORE DAYS TO PICK IT UP AND THEM 3 WEEKS TO RETURN IT AND TO TOP IT WAS RETURNED BROKEN!!!!!
REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE MONEY BACK AND THE POST RENTAL SUCKS!
DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!

Paid the order. Waiting for delivery 1 year. The goods were never delivered. Money does not return !! IWAT has deleted my account and is no longer answering calls. Removed all traces of the order. But I saved all the scans - order, payment, delivery tracking !! They also do not respond to letters. 1279.80 euros lost. I sue the company. I will sue them !!! If you have questions, write me

Absolutely nightmare dealing with iwatmotion. Apart from 1 email confirming my order and payment. I had no delivery date. I’ve emailed them 9 times with no response. You cannot use their enquires form on their website and you only get a recorded message on their phone number saying to email them. I payed via PayPal and thankfully my bank refunded my account as it appears iwat have breached the DD laws. No my bank is dealing with the matter. I emailed iwat and gave them the chance to refund me or I would take further action but yet again they never replied.

Do NOT buy any electric scooter via Iwatboard. If the scooter is faulty, they will not pay for any return shipment costs and customer service does not respond to any emails.

Very fast scooter 🛴 fast Responsive Customer care .. delivery same day .. Good return process.. Last longer than 5 years... (OPPOSITE) ❌❌❌ run from them if you don’t wanna loose money 😃.. they can accept payment within seconds and deliver your parcel next year 😂😂😂

Absolutely awful! Placed a large order, on the whole very poor quality, decided to keep one item but the iWatShoes were not able to be used without the screws falling out each time so a return was arranged, I sent these back in good faith and was told someone would contact me, now the phone lines have been switched off and emails are being ignored and no refund has been processed, this has been going on for 6 weeks and nothing - please never buy from this company.

Ordered the iCruiser. Very nice while it lasted, great board in all honesty. Until less than a week of use the wheel with the motor started grinding down unevenly, making the wheel squeak as you rode, embarrassingly. The waterproof plugs immediately broke off, meaning I had to block it off from splashes my self. This led to water damage very fast. Not to mention the fact that the manual teaches you how to change the motor wheel since it’s a known issue that it grinds uneven fly, but you can’t actually buy one to fix the wheel. You get given an entire change kit, with no ability to actually change it. Great delivery time though. Definitely would not recommend.

There was no need to panic - my scooter arrived well packed in Edinburgh 3days later. It was easy to set up. Quality is outstanding. Bike comfortable, smart, fast and unique. It's a shame there are bad reviews as my experience could not be any better. highly recommend the Iwatt bike and company.

It's not bad it's worse u can imagine dont buy people plz it's fake dogy company.. product dont work. No reply Emil no reply phone.. buullshit.. I fix my self .. suppose to have 2 speed r9 but it have 1 speed. Dont believe what u see in website or video on YouTube its scam

DO NOT buy from this company have been told different things about what next to expect after sending r6 back to them but nothing in response after 5 weeks ,they took my money on the door step and now gone quiet . im not forgetting..

I haven’t received my orders after 4 weeks of calling and emailing, ive been told many different excuses which to me all sound the same. I’ve Never been given the opportunity to speak to management even though I asked I was refused. Now they have taken the number off the website. Ridiculous and a totally let down. Going to cancel
