I applied through this recruitment agency and found the experience confusing and not very transparent. The recruiter did not clearly explain which role I was being considered for, even after I asked. Instead, the conversation focused heavily on why I left my previous job, and the same question was repeated multiple times.

I also got the impression that there may not have been an immediate role available, and that the process was more about collecting candidates rather than matching people to actual opportunities. This felt misleading and left me uncomfortable with continuing the conversation.

Based on my experience, I would encourage job seekers to ask direct questions and ensure the role is clearly defined before sharing personal details.
