My experience with ExperientialLabs.ai…

My experience with ExperientialLabs.ai has been very disappointing.

They advertise paid access with claims of receiving around $30–$50 in daily credits, which sounds attractive. However, after paying and trying to actually use those credits, I repeatedly encountered errors such as usage limits, overload, model unavailable, or service not available.

So in practice, the advertised credits have not been reliably usable for me. A credit balance has little value if the service is consistently unavailable when you try to use it.

ExperientialLabs.ai should be much clearer about actual capacity, model availability, rate limits, and any restrictions before taking payment. If daily credits are advertised, users should reasonably be able to use them without constantly running into infrastructure or availability errors.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend paying for the service unless they improve reliability and provide transparent information about how much of the advertised credit can realistically be used.
