I always judge companies on when you actually need customers service
I have spent in excess of £14000.00 with them in past year brought almost every dewalt tool made and never had to use customer service
The first time I have ever had to contact them they refused to help and palmed me off to manufacture .
Being so into tools I buy stuff before I need it .I leave a lot of stuff boxed up .When I went to use hedge trimmer took it out of box was faulty .Was told by customer service I should of tried it within 5 days even though it was brand new out the box and cannot help need to go back to dewalt .NOT legally true or helpful
Real shame one time I asked for help not interested .Guess I will have to try a new supplier

My Dewalt Router arrived in good time and in good condition. The entire ordering process was excellent. The router was as expected, and i am sure that it will give me many years of good service as with my other Dewalt tools. I will be using ITS in the future.

Issue with brand new Rubi saw not…
Issue with brand new Rubi saw not running level on cut. Would not accept return and replacement and could not confirm how long the manufacturer warranty will take to replace. Poor customer service.

We would like to reassure you that we are committed to helping you resolve this as quickly as possible. Rubi operates a dedicated warranty service, where they will arrange for a specialist engineer to visit you on-site to inspect the saw and, where possible, resolve the issue without the need for you to send the machine away.
To arrange this, we simply need to complete the warranty registration with a few details about the saw and the fault. Once submitted, Rubi will contact you directly to arrange the visit at a mutually convenient time.
