I just want everyone to know as before I thought they are one off the best company to get any tools you need to get the job done and i start to go to Luton shop as is closest to where i leave i spend more then 1000 on tools i then introduce to my friends who also spends a lot last week was promotion on Milwaukee tools if spent £400 excluding vat you get free level which normally cost £60 and when i ask for free gift they told me it hase to be in 1 bill to qualify for free gift and was told by manager o sorry we can't give you a free gift as we been giving too much free gift i couldn't believe my self what i was hearing i [hen told him that i don't have time now as my kids was waiting for me and tools that i purchased was in my car and i told him i can return everything now and re purchase them and you have no choice but to give me my free gift but i am running out off time but will be back return everything and never use them again everything I am saying now i have proof to back it up i have never seen so unprofessional manager in my life telling me to return everything then purchased them so it can be in 1 bill rather than 2 and i said i just purchased everything why to go through hassle making no sense whatsoever i just want everyone to know that there advertising free gift is something to make people go there and finding any excuse not to give you the free gift i personally will never ever use them again i did send email with my complaint i did include invoice 9n my email to them and ia been 1 week qnd got no reply

Great deal from ITS, and amazing after sales service.
A cordless Milwaukee lawn mower kit was ordered and delivered the next day, great service.
Unfortunately the mower was damaged, one front wheel being bent outwards, and the carton underneath showed evidence of a drop.
Stefani dealt with my report amazingly quickly, and a replacement was delivered within two days. A good price and excellent service from ITS.
