I received an old open box and the tool…
I received an old open box and the tool inside was dirty, there was missing fixings inside the box so couldn't use the tool as planned.
Asked for an exchange which was promptly arranged but I have received the same again, an old box with a dirty tool inside as well as missing parts.
Result, I still cannot use the tool and I have paid for the full price upfront, I couldn't do my job this week.
Very disappointing.

I did have a minor problem with my delivery.After emailing Chloe ( on a Sunday afternoon) she sorted it out straight away and the rest of my order arrived the following day.
