Item did not arrive and no refund offered
I ordered an item worth £66 but when the box arrived by DPD delivery the box was empty. ITS would take no responsibility for the missing item. So basically they cheated me out of £66. The box weight recorded by DPD was lower than the weight the box should have been if the item present in the shipment but ITS refused to explain this and take the case further.
