Took my Samsung S24 Ultra to the Ismash branch on Bull St in Birmingham. The rep gave an exceptional service. I was struggling to back up my phone and expressed to him that my mums 80th birthday, my a... See more

Great service at Shoreditch
Great service at Shoreditch - battery replacement very smooth and phone working brand new. Would recommend. Professional staff, quick turnaround and very reasonably priced.

What a very rare thing that a company like I-smash replaced my battery for iphone 13 pro max cheaper than local small shops, whilst being an approved repair dealer...
Also, if you have phone insurance and make a claim( like i did on my google pixel) be sure to use them as you will "SAVE" on the excess and it will be repaired quicker than sending the mobile into your insurance company..
Great service guys (London bridge) keep it up...
Amazing Customer Service
I feel completed to write a review of my experience of the Edinburgh St James Quarter branch . I had a absolute nightmare long story short i was trying catch a train down south when my samsung fell a victim to liquid damage. Needing a phone for tickets I made my way to the store hoping for a miracle. The member of staff (Jordan i belive sorry if I misheard ) couldn't have been for sympathetic and understanding of the situation. His honesty about the realistic turnaround of my current phone was much appreciated and went out of his way to find the next best used phone that I could use for the time being after I decided I needed to purchase one. He then spent the time and effort in assisting in moving the Sim card and assisting me in setting it up. To have someone go out there way to help like he did was amazing and allowed me to catch my train home .

Visited the iSmash in Chiswick a few days ago, and it was smooth, got a battery replaced and the staff were super friendly.
Poor quality iPad screen repair
Used iSmash to repair my iPad screen. Turnaround was fast, however when applying a screen protector and putting only a small amount of pressure on the screen, it unfortunately cracked. Having put screen protectors on it before, I am used to the amount of pressure required, so did not use excessive pressure. I reached out to iSmash to relay my concern over the quality of the repair in the hope that they would rectify this, but I never had a response.
Great service!
I expected my phone required a new charging port, but it was fixed with a quick clean and service. Saving me after months of magsafe charging. iSmash were really helpful. Recommended!
Poor customer service, London Bridge store
I needed to have the screen replaced on my phone so checked the iSmash website. The only place that had the available parts, according to the website, was the London Bridge store, so I booked a week in advance. Travelled up from West Sussex to be told that they "forgot" to call me to tell me they don't have the parts. I can't argue with whether or not they have the parts, but it's not good enough that they didn't manage to call me the whole week leading up to the appointment. Poor customer service, won't be returning ever
DISCOUNT TIPS BELOW - London Bridge
TIPS BELOW. My only gripe is inability to book multiple repairs per device on the website, but the service was great.
Booking times were very flexible at London Bridge (three staff in small shop in walkway next to M&S to main station), and i had to cancel and rebook to collect my phone as forgot it the first time - they still completed a back and front repair to iphone XR within 1.5h when i returned. obvs, phone looks brand new, but feels more responsive than when new. Tips on stock and 10% disc:
1. check email for 10% disc after leaving a booking in your cart for a day - i missed out on £20 disc.
2. check email for 10% disc if you have more than one device to repair - its received after paying for first order, so need to book subsequent hour at least.
3. check stock is in store by placing specific repair bookings (then cancel and rebook if more than one repair on a device) - i had to settle for a blue back housing instead of black because I only booked the front screen repair and added the back repair as a note in that order (as it instructs).
Really brilliant service
Really brilliant service from Canary Wharf branch when replacing battery. Completely transparent about the service and potential outcomes. Battery replaced within 24 hours and I’m completely satisfied.
Excellent service from knowledgeable friendly staff
Went to the Kingston Branch on Monday 5th Jan 2026 for them to look at my Samsung 23 Ultra which had gradually died over the Christmas period. Being an oldie, it was the first time I have used such a service and was apprehensive about maybe leaving my phone etc. However, the service was absolutely excellent, really friendly knowledgeable staff who replaced the battery (which has a years guarantee) and ran full diagnostics..... so now working perfectly, following good advice from the lovely guys and no need to get a new phone now...... cost £65, and a visit to the cinema while it was being repaired...... a real bargain. Thanks so very much guys. Can highly recommend. Teresa, Kingston.
Amazing
Amazing - fixed my broken LED display in under an hour! Thank you so much! Highly recommend— boxpark store!
Extremely poor communication and wasted time.
I contacted iSmash in advance to confirm whether they had a battery in stock for my Samsung phone. I was clearly told they did and that the replacement could be done the same day. Based on this, I travelled 1.5 hours one way to their store.
Upon arrival, I was informed that they did not have the battery because my phone was not a UK model.
Unfortunately, this was not the first time this happened. About six months earlier, I contacted them regarding a screen replacement. Again, I was told over the phone that the part was in stock and I could come in. After arriving, I was told they do not repair American versions of this phone.
In both cases, the information provided over the phone was incorrect. I did not even receive an apology.
I would not recommend this iSmash - Westfield White City.
Fake Warranty Promises
I paid £249 for a Samsung S22 Ultra repair. Today (31 Dec 2025), the screen failed with a green tint, but the St Pancras branch refused to honor their "Lifetime Warranty". The staff lacks the basic technical knowledge to identify a faulty screen, wrongly blaming it on physical damage just to dodge their responsibility. This is a total scam—they use fake parts and ignore their own warranty policy. It is daylight robbery. Stay away!
Amazing service
Cannot fault these guys in anyway shape or form. They replaced my Samsung phone battery with another genuine Samsung battery and also fixed the split down the side of my phone caused by battery swelling. I didnt ask them to do this and they did not charge me extra. I have tested my phone since getting it back and already I know they have adhered to what they said they would. Highly highly recommended
Dishonest?
On 28/12/25 I took my iPad Air 11” (2024) into the iSmash Meadowhall branch for a screen repair. I was given a repair price, agreed to it, and was told to come back later.
We then spent around five hours in total walking around Meadowhall, only to return near closing time to be told the repair could not be carried out after all. At that point, the technician claimed the iPad was a newer generation and that the screen for it “had not been released yet”.
This should have been identified before quoting a price and sending customers away for hours. Discovering this only at the end of the day was extremely frustrating and resulted in a complete waste of time.
To make matters worse, I was also told by the technician that Apple do not repair iPads, which is simply incorrect. I went directly to Apple afterwards and they accepted the device and sent it off for repair for roughly the same price.
Overall, the experience showed poor communication, incorrect information, and a lack of basic checks before committing to a repair. I’ve completely lost confidence in iSmash as a result and won’t be using them again.
Headphones fixed for free
The Guy there was do great I went in with broken head phones which were missing a couple screws and he fixed them for me in like 20 seconds for free. 100% recomend to go in they are great.
I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience at the King’s Cross iSmash. They kept my phone for 48 hours to “run diagnostics,” only to tell me afterward that the repair would be very expensive and might not even be fixable. In the end, they said there was nothing they could do for me.
I was left without a phone for several days, and based on the information they gave me, I felt forced to buy a brand new phone, which was extremely inconvenient and costly.
A month later, I took the same phone to another repair shop, where it was fixed immediately for around £100. This made it clear that the issue was either misdiagnosed or not handled properly at iSmash.
Overall, this was a frustrating and costly experience. I would not recommend this branch based on the lack of accurate diagnosis, long wait time, and poor outcome.
Edinburgh branch superb service …
Took iPhone 11 Pro into Edinburgh store, within Sky Store inside St James Centre today. Needed new battery as not holding charge.
Excellent service from very knowledgeable technician who made the repair. Only took 1.5 hours and very good price. Would not hesitate to use this service again.

Came unstuck with no charge in my phone. Came to my rescue allowing me to charge my phone. Thanks
Use this company at your own risk.
Had multiple phones sent off for repair. One of them I received 3 weeks late as they wanted to try and sell me more and could not get in touch by phone, so they just waited 3 weeks without doing the repair, a second phone was marked as delivered even though I had not received it, it took a month to get a response from them, it turns out they sent it to the wrong address (even though I had 3 devices being repaired all coming back to the same place) and when they did replace the phone it turns out it has cheap non genuine parts. No refund, Terrible communication and customer service. You will have all the same issues using this company as you would a high street shop as its the exact same people that carry out the repairs, the only difference is with Ismash you will spend much more money and are less likely to have the problems rectified.
