Don't bother with this company at all, loaded Iskysoft to make a video montage of pictures and although we have paid, when we enter our email and reg code it just wont work. Real piece of manure and have wasted hours of the day trying to get it working. We cannot even get the customer support to work to register a complaint. Steer clear of this waste of space, these guys obviously grab your money and do not supply the service.

This company is such a scam! I purchased an iPhone data recovery for Mac back in 2015 and I found out that they are billing ANNUALLY! So I cancelled any recurring payments from them through PayPal but then after 2 years they have the nerve to bill me AGAIN?! And by the way, did I tell you that software DOESN’T work! I’ve contacted their customer service but didn’t get any response. I want my money back!!

After purchasing full version of Filmora video editor I have been re-billed after a year. No yearly subscription was evident at purchase. The iskysoft website - where Filmora abides - does not tell you that you will be billed by Avangate, who specialise in this kind of scam. Be warned!

A very good program that have all in one please easy to use fast and perfect

I was using the free version of iMusic to download music from itunes with no problems. Once I paid for it, I get an error message from google (who owns Youtube) saying I cannot access anything. I sent an email to their tech support and they said that google currently bans their software and they are working on it. If google currently bans their software, knowingly advertising that this software accesses Youtube is saying you deliver something that you know you cannot. It sounds like false advertising. Sounds like a scam

Based upon research before trying, I found that this is owned by Wondershare, who used to own a differently names similar product. My guess is it became known about their scam, so are trying again with a different name. The website seems so professional, and one place actually rates them well. Must be fake reviews.
What this company, Wondershare, does, is the trial and even the first, inexpensive item does not work. To get it to work you must buy more. Customer service is NOT helpful. and then they refuse to refund your money and say they did try to help, but YOU were rude and did not use product correctly. They say they do NOT refund! I asked for one after 3 hours because their so called support's only suggestion was to download and pay for more. It is a total scam. Avoid. I have contacted whatever consumer agency exists, but despite Canadian offices, they are Chinese, so I try to let others know online so that they don't make the same mistake I did.

Quick, bad and cheap made software to rip off people. Works more or less, too expensive. If you get on their website, you'll find no address, no phone number, nothing about the owner. Difficult to contact, just per email, no help. One year after buying: payment via credit card initiated without authorization! Dubious company!

I bought the video converter last night. After converting one video, the upload of it to Youtube was still going to be over 3 hours. I then attempted (more than 5 times) to email them requesting a refund on their contact page. However, the submit button does NOT work. I then used their tweet contact, and got no reply.

This organisation seems to be a scam. The product doesn't work, nor can you contact them at all.

I purchased this software with hopes of getting deleted files from my phone. This business is a total scam, no phone number given to call. They state they will give you a full refund however im not able to get ahold of anyone to ask for one and no phone number listed on website or on the invoice they emailed me, only contact info is an email address. This company is fraudulent dont purchase. Going to file complaint with better business bureau.

On July 16th, 2017 I bought Data Recovery for Mac for recovering my recently deleted Keynote file. However, after Deep Scan, I could only retrieve Keynote files. Hence, I decided to ask for a refund. This software is a scam. I want my money back!

I purchased the iSkySoft Studio slideshow maker for Windows. I am a teacher and it was for an end-of year slideshow for the entire 4th grade student body. At first, I didn't realize that the trial version had a watermark. I had already spend 3 hours inputting photos, so regrettably purchased the $40 version. I then purchased $20 of iTunes music, only to find the music would loop after the songs finished. I had videos playing in the slideshow with music overtop--not a good combination. I find myself pretty tech-savvy and my husband is a programmer; but neither of us could for the life of us figure out how to fix our music issues. I had to play the videos without the sound and let the music I put into it play. I searched online and on their website, but didn't find any help. Unfortunately because the slideshow presentation was soon, I didn't have time to email customer service for an answer. I did email them to get a refund as I was highly dissatisfied with the program. They refused to give me a refund because they said the program worked (they gave me instructions on how to fix the sound). I was a project manager and learned that if the customer can't figure out how to work it than your program has an issue. There is no 30 day money back guarantee and if you are dissatisfied with the product you purchase, you may not get your money back, unless they see it worthy. I would not recommend their company or this product.

Terrible apps. Doesn't work and when you ask for money back you just get complete silence. Not worth any time or money. All those good reviews in their site are probably their own. There is no 30 day money back guarantee as they described, there is no 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. I reported for them to windows and I will do the same in police station as this is robbing. Luckily I'm studying law. THANK YOU iskysoft for ruining my whole week.I hope all workers in iskysoft will end up homeless.

This has been a nightmare to use. If you try to change the quality from 'standard' to 'best performance,' it will become unable to function properly. It is very touchy. You make one move incorrectly and you are forced to start all the way over. It also has a hard time reading the DVD for burning and I know it isn't my computer's fault because it shows up on every other software and the desktop. I don't like this at all. On top of that, the company hasn't been very responsive or helpful with my issues.

I use iSkysoft Video Editor. Works great. The only downside is converting is a slow process but I think that's the case with all video editors.

To those of you complaining about the watermark on the "free" version, what do want? A totally free program you can use all you want without paying anything? Well, it ain't gonna happen. No worthwhile video editor, file recovery program, or PDF editor, is going to be free, except maybe for limited uses or limited time periods.

(2017-04-16) Windows 10 Pro did not work for me, on 3 of 6 computers, so the OS had to be removed which means reinstalling all software on Windows 7 Ultimate. I am trying to retrieve keycodes for iSkysoft Studio ( iSkysoft iTube Studio) which is impossible because it was phased out in updates.

Furthermore, a year ago, I purchased the iSkysoft iTube Studio ‘Lifetime Subscription’ (for 5 to 10 computers) and Download Insurance (I have the PayPal receipt) which is useless when filling out your Support form. I have a copy of your confirmation email on one of my 7 computers which I am patiently looking for to use in filing more complaints and I know where to file them. A Lifetime Subscription @ $ 72.95 + Download Insurance Service @ $ 4.95 = $ 77.90.

The name 'iSkysoft Studio' or 'iSkysoft iTube Studio' is not included in the iSkysoft Support Center form under 'Product' which means the SUBMIT button will not work and any customer complaints or other information will not be sent to iSkysoft. Something will have to be done or complaints will be filed.

DONT BUY THIS PRODUCTS THEY ARE A SCAM!!!
I bought the iskysoft toolbox for android to help me recover my lost files and after using it all files regarding google play services dissapeared and became lost also. This software is rubbish and their technical support is useless and most of all they dont give you your money back when asked to honor their 30 day money back guarantee.

This is disgusting. Once i downloaded this rubbish iskysoft pdf editor it automatically put a bad watermark on my document to force me pay for the full version so i ll be able to take it off. Do never download this app.

I purchased iSkysoft DVD Creator. There were 3 technical problems: two with its installation and one with its operation. iSkysoft resolved the first installation issue. After that, there technical support failed to resolve the remaining two issues. On the iSkysoft website, iSkysoft claims to honor a request for a refund. When I requested a refund, they refused and told me to select another of their products.
BTW, I purchased Wondershare DVD Creator (a competitor's product) for the same price, and it installed and operated perfectly, and did so without any issues.
Based upon my experience with iSkysoft, I consider iSkysoft to be one of the most highly disreputable software companies with which I have become familiar in my 30 years of experience in personal computer consulting, design and engineering.

I uninstalled the program and now ALL my PDF files made by Skysoft and other programs or emailed to me WILL NOT OPEN
