Very Bad experience

I am beyond disgusted with the "service" from iScooter. My scooter has been a paperweight since 4th April, and despite being under warranty, they have treated this like a joke..
I have now waited through two separate international shipments, and twice they have sent the exact same, incorrect part. I have sent photos, I have explained the issue, and yet they still managed to ship the same wrong item back-to-back. It is clear they don't even look at their own support tickets or check the boxes before they ship them.
The level of incompetence is staggering. I’ve been consistently ignored or given the run-around while waiting weeks for parts that don't even fit. I now have two useless pieces of metal and a broken scooter. Their warranty is worthless if they don’t have the brains to pick the right part off a shelf.
DO NOT buy from this company. They take your money quickly enough, but the moment something goes wrong, you are on your own. Absolute shambles.

I had an issue with an e-scooter…
I had an issue with an e-scooter purchased from this company.
I contacted the support line and was asked to send a video of the fault. They quickly diagnosed the fault and sent me a replacement part. As I was not confident fitting the part, they picked the scooter up by courier had repaired and back to me within 7 working days. Now in my mind that is excellent service. Their communication was always first class and responded within 24 hours. 5 star service.
