This brand is a savior for women who want to consume sustainably through pregnancy time. As someone who thought i'd just use my husband's / bigger clothes during pregnancy, (only to realize they made me look 100% Teletubby) the few things I've gotten from Isabella Oliver have become my everyday go-to wear to look & feel good with my growing bump.

Really fast delivery of the dresses I ordered. The quality is lovely, however, one of the dresses is very long for my height so I may have to either return it, or spend more money to get the length altered. It’s a shame because this dress would be so versatile as part of my maternity wear, as I imagined wearing it with jumpers and boots now and then with sandals when the weather is warmer.

Love the top and trousers that have just arrived. Beautifully made, but most importantly comfortable! I’ll be living in them for the duration of my pregnancy!

I ordered an item and it did not look the way I was expecting. The steps needed to return the item are not clear on their website and I cannot figure out how to obtain a return label. If you call the customer service number listed, it is unavailable and therefore useless. Since their number does not work, I sent an email, but they simply sent the same instructions available on their website which, again, are vague. So weeks later I am still trying to figure out how to return this dress that I don't think looks good on me.

Easy to use website, clothes look as they do online, very helpful to have information of how many weeks pregnant the model is so you can imagine how it will look on yourself. Fast delivery and beautifully wrapped in tissue paper which is such a nice touch. My only negative would be that I bought a top from Isabella Oliver as a gift and was dissapointed that the sticker on the tissue paper it was wrapped in said Baukjen. I wanted the sticker to say Isabella Oliver as that’s where the top is from and it has much more of an upper end sound and look to it. If I’d ordered from baukjen then fine, but I hadn’t and was slightly annoyed to be honest. I appreciate these are part of the same company but I would have liked the sticker of the brand I bought from. I will now have to explain when she opens it that it’s from Isabella Oliver despite the sticker.

Really nice to find good quality & ethical! These were bought as gifts, unfortunately the top is too small but the pj's are said to be super comfy & very well made! A good experience all round.

Initially, I did not receive a confirmation email but the staff quickly remedied the issue. As far as the products, they far exceeded my expectations and my wife loves them. The material is light and flattering while being worn both pregnant and postpartum.

Received item on the 9th December sent back as not as expected and still now on 17th January waiting a refund. And have proof of postage!
Not good service when returning items.
Will make me think about ordering again.

The service (TheTeam) is very good, bit the delivery took 17 calendar days, instead of promised 8 working days (I live in Northern Europe)…
