I would like a better way to feed the paper in. A small edge to lay the paper on to get it to feed squarely into the machine. Also, would like more video on using button feature,
The product is very good and both sides come out great. Saves a lot of time to flip the paper and feed it again.

The product works very well, but scanning software is a complete nightmare. I have a super ultra wide screen and I cannot see the bottom of the window: just does not work. Pages gets messed up easily and you cannot undo, so you have to start all over again. Such a pity to have this software to such a great scanner.

Fast delivery, great product, quality scans, fast scans. I was able to do 736 scans from 10 books in less than a half day.

A very good product. Easy to use for novice with a practical interface. I saved time scanning books and the result is above my expectations. I highly recommand this solution !

Using my scan mouse was so quick and easy. It's a high-quality product. I scanned so many documents in such a little amount of time and got rid of so much paper! Very, very satisfied.

I had purchased the scanner over a year ago but not used it many times. When I put it to use this month, I needed help setting it up again to scan into the computer and then use the OCR to correct the word document that resulted. The program did very well with a good clear copy to use for the origin, but required more corrections to the not so clear (spots and dots) copy that I had scanned. Overall it was easy to make the corrections though.
If i were to purchase it again, I would.

It scans fast and nicely. Quality is good. Only bad thing is, when i scan documents with text and maps, it usually saves the maps not straight, but with a strange ~5% angle

I received my scanner device quickly, well packaged and with clear instructions on how to install it and configere the software.

They gave me one of your Iriscan mouse WiFi products which turned out to be obsolete and impractical.

My book scanner I purchased will not scan.
I contacted help BUT they did not answer my question NOR did they give me a solution.
I still cannot use the book scanner.

Easy to set up. Easy to install software. Intuitive interface. Easy to use. High-quality scans. Great price. OCR works great.

After knowing where to find the button to start (not as how I usually start a program on Apple) everything went very fine and fast.

Very impressed with the IRIScan Desk Pro. Dispatch was quick and the unit is a joy to use - the fold away camera arm makes for a very compact unit and the built in lights are very good. Best of all, the unit is both fast and produces accurate OCR text thanks to the IRIScan software.

I've scanned books and whether using either the wired switch or the automatic page turn recognition the process is remarkably quick. The removal of fingers from the images is handy in preventing spurious results in the OCR.

Definitely recommended.
