Haha
I've always said how poor this website is and after finally closing my account with these idiots, I came here to leave a negative review and warn everyone else to avoid wasting their time but it seems there's no need as this page is full of 1 star reviews. This 'company' will lie to you and cheat you out of points regularly. They will go out of their way to not pay you the points you are owed. They are arrogant, ignorant and thieves. I don't need to tell you to stay away from them as the hundreds of reviews already speak for themselves but in case you're in doubt, save your valuable time and energy because I promise you this site is not worth the stress.
Ipsos New Zealand not worth applying
I have had concerns regarding the selection process for evaluators in Ipsos New Zealand's mystery shop checks. It appears that the process lacks transparency, and there is a noticeable bias in how evaluators are chosen for projects. This has led to feelings of exclusion and dissatisfaction among qualified professionals who meet all the required criteria but are overlooked.
As someone who values fairness and equity in professional evaluations, I urge Ipsos New Zealand to reassess its procedures and implement a more inclusive and merit-based selection system. By doing so, Ipsos can maintain its reputation as a leading mystery shopping and market research company and ensure the quality of its evaluations is upheld.
Transparency and equality are crucial in fostering trust and loyalty among evaluators, which, in turn, enhances the overall success of the mystery shopping program. I hope Ipsos New Zealand will take this feedback into consideration and make meaningful changes to address the issues.
Unprofessional and Inconsiderate – Avoid IPSOS Calls!
I was extremely unwell with a kidney infection, running a high temperature, experiencing body chills, and on antibiotics when I received an unsolicited call from IPSOS around 8:40 PM. In my distress, I ignored the call, but the sheer audacity of contacting people at such an unreasonable hour is beyond unprofessional.
Even in developing countries, business research calls typically do not extend beyond 6 PM, yet IPSOS seems to have no regard for basic professional courtesy, let alone respect for people’s well-being. Their intrusive approach is unacceptable—stay away from them and ignore their calls so they are forced to learn and respect proper business hours in the UK!
I caught them lying telling me that…
I caught them lying telling me that they did not receive a redemption notice on a certain date but i did I have the email to prove it. Your right they used to be a good company.
The owner of the company on marketing…
The owner of the company on marketing research scammer, how many times to completed the survey the rewards not given because the company scam
No Voucher Received
I received a letter asking me to complete an online survey on behalf of the government. The survey was quite long, it was about technology. They offered a £10 gift voucher in return. They took some personal information too ( but quite general such as what sector I work in etc). I have not received the voucher yet and wonder if this is a scam.
The Paypal rewards have been mssing more than two months and never replenish very bad play for doing survey issing…
The Paypal rewards have been missing for very long period and support centre keeps saying will replenish but never happened very bad platform for survey not recommended 😕
Harassing me to fill out a university survey.
I've been receiving constant emails, texts, and phone calls from this company urging me to fill out a survey since I finished university last year. The survey is far too long and asks for qualitative answers, and the time spent filling it out isn't worth a £5 gift voucher - especially given I don't have any useful feedback to provide.
Despite their claims to the contrary, their emails don't contain an opt-out link, and I'm not going out of my way to waste time on the phone to these chancers.
Don’t waste your time doing surveys
Don’t waste your time doing surveys. I tried to redeems £10 voucher on Amazon it was not recognised. I asked why in their chat and they accused me of not being on their system after confirming my basic details. It’s a scam that advertised on Indeed website. Avoid.
Keep Screen Me out at the end
I hate when this survey provider Screen me out at the end when I be honest and don't get my 5th completed survey on Five Surveys.
Even if this company followed through…
Even if this company followed through with their payments (which seems unlikely), they pay about $.05 per survey, and that is a very high estimate. They start out seeming to pay about $1/survey, but that significantly declines. Don't waste your time...
Stay away from Ipsis/sassie mystery shopping!…
I do mystery shopping for nine different mystery shopping companies. This is, by far, the worst. Their instructions seem to be straightforward and no matter how absolutely correct my answers are, they always find something to mark down. It is extremely frustrating especially when the other mystery companies routinely give me the highest grade possible. It’s just not feasible that I could do an excellent job for 8 companies and yet Ipsos can find something wrong with the easiest mystery shop available. I have stopped doing mystery shops for them for that very reason.
Goy 500 points and tried to redeem…
Got 500 points and tried to redeem them. Nothing. No response emails either and I guess they don't even bother trying to defend themselves here either. Hey piggy has been good. Almost instant payouts and there are a decent amount of surveys
Completely trash and are never ever…
Completely trash and are never ever ever ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, any surveys! I uninstalled it and cleared my caches and every time I check my storage and clear my caches it keeps popping up even though it's uninstalled from my cell!
The worst survey app ever because there aren't any surveys!
If by chance you do take/get one or two surveys bc you're new, that's all you'll ever get & then POOF, NOTHING!
ZERO surveys pay the participant.
A Scam???
Everytime I get to the end of a survey it tells me that an error has occurred i wonder if it does this so they avoid having to pay me.
I used to be able to do surveys on this…
I used to be able to do surveys on this site, now when I click on the emails I don't get to do any of the surveys. I used to like Ipsos and got to do quite a bit of surveys but not anymore.
IPSOS doesn't honor their customers..
This used to be my go to site for a range of good studies...but the last 3 or 4 that I have completed I haven't been paid for. I've sent numerous emails to support but they have done nothing for me. It's a shame that these companies just use you until your no longer useful or until they owe you and then they just forget you. Normally I would have highly recommended this group, now I can only advise against counting on them to be any different then the rest of the scams.
Real scammer who pay much from client…
Real scammer who pay much from client then never pay and make all surveyor screenout in the end. Makes the product your client getting worse. Good luck for client from this dirty router
The Ipsos GP Survey is very limited
I have just completed the Ipsos GP Survey which I found very limiting. All questions are closed with zero opportunity to qualify answers. This makes for easy analysis, but there is nowhere to raise issues outside the questions, or to give praise or express concern about GP services. Such information is critical for obtaining an accurate assessment of GP services. Expect a bland report, or maybe one with the requested political spin.
