Absolute waste of time.You answer many questions to be told at the end you do not qualify or your profile has been updated.It feels like I have answered all the survey questions and they have gained their required infirmation but then denied the points
Feels like a scam to me

disappointed did the Barb Television panel with feel very let down, the system is not fair, you can't complain and they won't phone you back .
my advice if your asked to go on the panel dont .

We cancelled Richard Rogers visit with Sue Dann over a week prior to your visit. Then you put a negative review on our page.

What a great representation you are giving for Ipsos - AVOID as if you upset them they will do the same.

You'll often get "disqualified" at the END of the survey after answering tons of questions !
Ipsos has become a TOTAL SCAM !!!

Utter rubbish!

I'm happy to take part in surveys but this is just awful. Doesn't have my job role so just started clicking random boxes and then complete that and it won't go anywhere.

Pointless but I'm sure they somehow make an insane amount of money

Invested my time, energy and effort, made lots of progress with lots of points yet to be claimed only for me to get a mail that says my account has been blocked without reason whatsoever. The ipsos platform needs to be investigated. They are thieves

I have been a member of their Your Voice panel since it started. Initially it was good and rewarded members with vouchers for completing TV and radiio reviews. The last 2 occasions I requested vouchers I did not receive them.

I have contacted them via their web page contacts tab on numeroouse occasions and they do not even reply.

I am constantly asking to take part in surveys which is good but in very many cases after spending about 20 minutes or more on it am told I am not suitable and given a derisory 3 points . They have all my information and so should have an idea if it's suitable not waste my time . Yougov on the otherhand are excellent and do their research as to suitability before contacting me .

Disgusting behaviour, cold called ref a survey on cyber security but then hung up when we said we weren’t interested. How rude!!!

Ipsos itself is ok. Some surveys crash last minute which is frustrating. However Geoquest survey, which they invited me to, I am struggling to get paid for the 2 weeks that I participated in their survey. Several emails but still no payment weeks later.

I opted out of a Department for Education survey I was contacted about (out of the blue). Despite this we were still visited by someone, although I was out at the time. She left a note saying she would visit again in a few days. I have now opted out online, opted out by phone and text messaged the number provided as per the note through my door as requested. I find it all extremely intrusive - life is very busy, I didn't want to take part and opted out accordingly. To then still have someone visiting my property uninvited with further visits planned is just unneeded stress. I feel like I am being harassed to be honest. I am sure there are plenty of people that would like to take part in the survey

Having amassed points for a voucher and applied, the third party voucher suppliers website didn't work.
I complained more than a dozen times. The basic response I got was each party blaming the other - just passing the buck. Ipsos refused to reinstate my points even though they 100% Knew they hadn't been redeemed. I further asked for this issue to be escalated to higher management. This has been ignored. So I never got to redeem my points - complete waste of my time - and on this occasion frankly my experiences was that this is somewhat of a scam, with awful corporate customers services style attitude were they were not at all interested in finding a solution to this issue, just messed me about.

If i could give less stars i would. Stopped me doing surveys initially i couldn’t even cash out my points that i have earned as i no longer meet their criteria… had to fight for points now the voucher will take up to 5 weeks!! Wouldn’t bother getting involved with them. Surveys are long for what you get in return and then no communication unless you ask whats going on.

I sat and did the whole survey and it screwed me out if my points. The site is a shitty rip off.

My experience with Ipsos isay over the past few months has been rewarding. I feel like my opinion is valued Has also helps me be able to purchase much needed Walmart gift cards for my household

I only completed one task and I'm yet to be paid, I've made multiple attempts to check in on the status of my payment and I'm just ignored,
I'm glad I didn't do more than one task because I would have been hundreds of dollars out of pocket and what looks like no chance of being paid for the work that was done.
2 months on and I'm still waiting....

After answering enough surveys to cash out suddenly get a shadow ban for no reason. Had to contact support to find out. What a scam.

Very annoyed. I I had installed the vpn. So for the last 2 years ipsos saw EVERYTHING. But went in to cash out 389,oo0 points and the next day they asked me to remove knowledge panel.

Disturbed by them at 8.50pm, asked to take part in market research, I asked it they are serious contacting me at 9pm, the guy responded, correcting me that it’s 8.50!!

This is not the first time they contacted me, they have been bothering me since Covid!

I’ve requested they delete my data AGAIN!!

Emails about unclaimed rewards are going unanswered.
