Zero fees very user friendly.
Zero fees, great ux on the website and app. Very easy to use. I've transferred all my investment portfolios to invest engine.
Brilliant investment platform
Simple, easy to use, nice interface, no fees, good educational content
It's good and I like it
Very easy & straightforward to invest
Very easy & straightforward to invest, but once a customer they bombard you with messages & emails (often saying the same thing) which is really annoying. Sometimes too much communication is simply that; too much!
Poor customer service and delayed account update
I requested a change of email address and provided verification documents (passport and driving licence) as requested.
After one week, the change has still not been completed. I have followed up via the app and also requested that a formal complaint be raised, but after more than 72 hours I have not received a response.
This has been frustrating, as I expected a quicker resolution given that all required ID was provided promptly.
Based on this experience, I am considering moving my account elsewhere.

InvestEngine from HL
I've moved from HL, the fees were painful and I felt disappointed in how they didn't offer basic tools such as Direct Debit/Debit Card auto clearing of these, instead selling off my assets. InvestEngine has become my go to, its transparent, simple to use and effective. The one slight niggle is that in exchange for the free trading, you get one trading cycle each day. They are clear about this and in my view a very small thing when you consider the savings of fees, transparency and easy trading. I'm a novice investor but have been able to take my learnings from HL and simply move them over with zero fees!
Good app, website, choice of funds & information updates.
Very easy to use app and website. Intuitive, simple to navigate and clearly presented. Good standard of information regarding transactions and portfolio performance. Wide range of fund options available. Only one minor negative is the multi-factor authentication methods; I would prefer the option to use one continuing user-defined memorable phrase as part of the MFA login process, rather than a system-generated single-use phrase unique to each login attempt. This current process may carry a higher risk of user error at login.
Very easy app to follow and use!
No IE managed GIA
Everything I want to do is simple, except the GIA that cannot be managed by IE. There appears to be no date at which this option will be reinstated.
Simple, easy to use and transparent
Simple and easy to use. Transparency on how money is invested and how much it costs. Regular communication on ETF performances that helps to decide where to invest.
Amazing service
Simple hands off passive approach
Simple hands off passive approach. InvestEngine does not bombard me with notifications and is a stress free platform with no social communities and potential echo chambers.
It was very good
SIPP - Great Experience
Straight forward and very simple to start & maintain a SIPP
