Absolutely great communication, workmen actually respect your property and surroundings,
Customer service actually care and the big one is you can actually get hold of someone, and the message service to raise a ticket is fantastic, Same day reply’s and always resolves any question you may.
Even getting quicker speeds than my package said.
If you are in the area and can get Internetty do it be the best move you will ever make.
Only been with them for one month, And best provider I’ve ever had and honestly can’t see why anyone local would stay with a conventional provider when you have this local firm right on your doorstep

I just would like to say a big thank to the team at Internetty after I cut thought a cable by accident when I was removed a shrub from my boarder on a Sunday. I phone them up in the afternoon and got thought a very helpful person to arrange an engineer to come on Monday for me to sort it out but later on the same a received another call from Internetty to say the can be with today. I was very pleased they could sort me out so quick. David the engineer was very nice and straight on the job and he also noticed another problem with the overhead cable, and he sorted it out straight away because would have coursed another problem down the line later on.
Really happy with the service i have received and would recommend Internetty to everyone.

The service support is so good. My internet was not connected and called for help. They found out the problem may be caused by the infra-network problems. Very efficiently they helped to book the technician to come to fix it. And just a simple asking to see whether there was any refund during the period of time without wifi connection, they agreed to refund in pro-vata basis. It is highly appreciated and so far the network is good.
It has no much choice for the broadband network in new build and hope I can enjoy this good experience onwards.
Not 5 star because the price is a little bit high comparatively.

I had been with another provider on OFNL since I moved into my new home in 2020.
I spent an afternoon looking at providers on OFNL and it quickly became apparent that InternetTY offered a much faster service for the £46 per month I was paying my previous provider. They were offering nearly double the download speed and EIGHT times the upload speed for 1p per month less.
I asked my provider to match, but they refused, so I decided it was time to switch. I have to say they were fine, but I no longer felt I was getting good value for my money.
The transfer was requested in 14 days. The new router arrived a few days later, and the internet service kicked in a few minutes after midnight on the day I requested.
The phone line was a little more tricky as I wanted to port my old number across, and it seems the previous provider were sub-contracting that part of my service to another company. However, the comms from InternetTY were first class and regular, and I got a message from Customer Service (on a Sunday evening) as follows:
"Good Afternoon
I am sorry there has been a delay with your number porting process. The process has been declined from your previous provider as apparently they do not hold the number themselves but use another company to do this.
We have approached the other company last week and just await their response.
The porting process does not operate at weekends so we do hope to receive something back from them tomorrow or Tuesday hopefully and as soon as we do we will provide you with a further update.
We apologise for the inconvenience this will be causing. We are doing all we can to get this number related to us as soon as possible.
It is a regretful situation whereby the entire process is reliant on the current provider and when that doesn’t run smoothly it becomes difficult.
We will sort this out somehow- I promise.

I have been with InterneTY from the start of the service offer for my area and I have never had an issue, no drops on speed or loss of service, so different from previous providers, with slow speeds comparatively, freezing during on-line meetings, outages, weeks to respond to issues.
