Beautiful flowers

Beautiful flowers, delivery service was great, arrived in the time frame requested, flowers are still going over a week later, ordering was easy, had pre-ordered as I was on holiday, notifications of the process received in timely manner

Avoid! SuperValu and Lidl bouquets are far better quality.

The surprise was ruined by the driver texting the recipient of the flowers instead of texting me.
The flowers were not worth it. I expected more for a bouquet that cost €65. It looked absolutely nothing like the guide photo in terms of how full the bouquet was meant to be. The colours were there, but still looked thrown together with little or no effort, with flowers that were rejects from something else. To be honest a €12 bunch from SuperValu would have looked better… The €7 bunch from Lidl that was received from her partner actually lasted longer. The 3 roses in this order had begun wilting in the box.
Will not order again. Absolute rubbish and do not recommend what so ever!

Extremely helpful and the flowers were…

Extremely helpful and the flowers were delivered very quickly. Also, my friend who the flowers were for wasn't at home when the flowers arrived and they offered to drive to where she was to deliver the flowers. The Bouquet of flowers was absolutely beautiful and it made my friends day.

Excellent experience from Interflora.

I had ordered flowers from Interflora as a surprise for a work colleague departing one of our internal Teams. I was very pleased with how efficient and easy the whole process was from start to finish. Unfortunately I discovered that there was an error in the delivery address and I was able to get this rectified by the online support desk in next to no time. Kudos to them to say the least. They really took care of the whole issue without any issues and notified the florist delivering the bouquet to the changes so the delivery was seamless and without any delays on the day of the delivery. Great job all around by all. I'd have no hesitation in ordering again and I'll definitely recommend this service to friends and family.

Really poor- flowers wilted

Really poor- flowers wilted. No cards for 2 of the flowers despite request which meant nobody at reception knew who the recipients were. Then you get spammed with multiple emails post order. Very poor service. Won't be using again for our Company.

Mistaken Order

I made a mistake on the order and called the flower shop. They not only helped me out but were extremely pleasant. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Purchased flowers for international…

Purchased flowers for international delivery.

The flowers were never delivered and I’m still following up with support a week later with only 1 response so far.

This is very poor and my order still has not been fulfilled nor have I been given a refund

I ordered flowers for my best friends 40th! She had gotten other ones from a petrol garage as presents that looked better than what she received from me! She sent pictures! Definitely not worth the money!
