£200 spent – poor-quality flowers and completely ignored
I spent nearly £200 on four bouquets, two sent as gifts and two delivered to me. I was genuinely shocked by the quality of the two I received.
I ordered the “Beautiful Pastel Bouquet”, advertised as a full, premium-looking arrangement featuring lilies, roses, gerberas and other pastel flowers. What arrived bore very little resemblance to the website image. There were no lilies, the bouquets were overwhelmingly padded out with greenery, several flowers were already wilting or dying, and stems were broken. The overall arrangement looked sparse, cheap and nowhere near the standard advertised or expected for bouquets costing around £50 each.
I appreciate that flower substitutions can sometimes be necessary, but this was not a minor substitution. The entire quality and character of the bouquet was different. Quite simply, had the bouquet I received been pictured on the website, I would never have ordered it.
Even more disappointing is the complete lack of customer service. I contacted the company on Sunday, the day after delivery, and sent clear photographs showing the condition of the flowers. That was six days ago and I have not even received an acknowledgement. I have since followed up and have still been ignored.
I am also now extremely concerned about the two bouquets I sent directly to recipients. I chose these flowers as gifts and spent a significant amount of money expecting a premium product. Based on what I received myself, I have no confidence that my recipients received anything resembling what I believed I was sending, which is frankly embarrassing.

Beautiful flowers that were really well received made by a fantastic local florist, so supports the local economy. Delivered on time and with care - the person delivering took a picture of them at the door before delivery too.
I send flowers several times a year so having the annual pass makes very good sense - it pays for itself after a couple of purchases.
I've never had a bad experience with an Interflora order.
Inaccurate pictures
They either don’t provide accurate instructions to their local florists or they are not vetting them sufficiently. Ordered a £56 bouquet that was supposed to be full of sunflowers and other interesting flowers, instead they delivered a bouquet full of a load of yellow roses and cheap filler flowers. Then they hide behind the fact flower arrangements are seasonal and don’t accept your complaint. Avoid.

Wanted to send flowers overseas to USA. So easy to order and a a good selection to choose from. Flowers were delivered at the perfect time. My friend was so pleased with them and sent me a photo. They were exactly what I ordered. Would definitely use this service again.
Flowers not up to the quality expected
Flowers not up to the quality expected. Didn’t last and when emailed to log my concern, I was told I mustn’t have followed the care guide. Ridiculous!!!

Customer lost. Support local florists instead!
Purchased a bouquet for an anniversary at £66. Delivery was fine and the flowers were beautiful but at no point did Interflora make me aware care instructions and flower food had been provided. They were hidden UNDERNEATH the bouquet in the box.
I've purchased bouquets previously and rarely had to use food. But, when I have, I'm at least made aware of it. The person delivering it didn't mention anything, and no email from Interflora with this information.
It took 4 days to get a reply (this is slow) where customer service refused to help or provide any compensation.
Stay away and support local florists instead. I won't be returning.

I have ordered previously from interflora and have been pleased with the result. I have just seen a photo of the delivery of "neutral flowers in a box" size large. The flowers look fresh and healthy but I am disappointed that there are only 6 neutral flowers in the arrangement the rest are all green , if I was describing this arrangement it would be "green flowers in a box " .Service good website easy just disappointed not enough neutral flowers.ie. one white rose. Sadly nothing like the photograph on website.
