Very efficient mortgage broker. Engaged after previous broker failed to get mortgage completed on time. Turned round the Agreement in Principle at top speed allowing us to Complete on our purchase as agreed.

I would totally recommend the services provided. All staff have been friendly efficient and prompt with all aspects of their work. My mortgage renewal process has been easy from start to finish, with regular communication throughout the whole process. Will definitely use them again.

David Nicholson is in my opinion, very suited to his profession as of now. He was polite, courteous, discreet, apologetic regarding the personal questions he had to ask me.
Overall, this young man was outstanding, leaving nothing out. Assuring me of every aspect of the policy I took out today. He made sure I felt confidant to call him any time I had queries and was a delight to talk to. The thing that struck me the most, was the fact that he was informal yet polite, making me feel comfortable - something that doesn't happen for me when dealing with this type of interaction regarding business. He seems to have the right balance and I'm sure from my experience, he has a unique ability to sense what the person he's speaking to wants. I can attest only good for this young lad. Again in my opinion he is an asset to any white collar company.
