So far so good.
I initially had issues installing the software using the provided download link. However, after downloading the DMG file, the installation was quick and successful. The only caveat I have with this antivirus software is the need to manually authorize every application. I hope this is only a process I will have to do once.

Disappointing product and customer service
I had a very disappointing customer service experience. When my full scanner stopped working, I reached out to the support team for assistance but received little to no helpful guidance. Their responses were repetitive and failed to address my issue, and some of my messages went unanswered. As a long-time user of your product, I was truly disappointed by this level of service and, regrettably, decided to discontinue using it and switch to another antivirus provider.

Software wiped out my hard drive! Before posting this review so as to afford Intego every opportunity to correct the situation, I contacted Intego twice for a refund which was denied. If it were possible I would rate my experience as Negative 5 stars! Caveat Empor!
