Insulation Hub Reviews

Brilliant customer service manager Antony will make delivery of materials happen despite the odds stacked against. My Soundproofing mineral wool arrived despite supplier let me down with "sorry out of stock and 6-8 weeks delay." Antony spent 4 days calling up alternative suppliers and arranged to get equivalent spec product delivered before workmen walked away off site. And he never told me "take the refund and F off" despite my expressive frustrations over the phone daily.
Respect.

Was looking for some high quality good value insulation - I found it with Insulation Hub. Delivery and service first class had one we hitch that initial load was 2 sheets short - was rectified immediately - would come back as customer - all round great customer experience

Very good service as the initial enquiry was answered on a Sunday and the delivery arrived within a few days. A few sheets were missing but these were in turn delivered before I needed them. My local builders merchant were unable to tell me when they'd have stock or how much it would cost me. I'd recommend these guys even in the current challenging building material world.

Brilliant service from the Insulation Hub. I dealt with Ben and placed a relatively large order with him. Ordered day 1, delivery day 3 with excellent comms all the way through. Delivery was exactly what was ordered, no substitutions. Prices were also lower than local suppliers. Will definitely use Insulation Hub again.

Fantastic customer service helping me in any way they can - Friendly advisors , and management are really helpful as well.

Always pleasure to deal with Insulation Hub. Best prices on the market, very fast delivery, nice, helpful and knowledge team over the phone and web chat too. Thank you for your service so far. Kamil - Cuckoo Construction LTD

Excellent value and service. I will definitely use this supplier again.

Insulation hub has the best cheapest prices by far. I've used this company for a while now and the service is fast and reliable and the customer service is superb. Definitely a company I would recommend

Excellent service great customer feed back. Will definitely use again

I needed lots of different insulation products and Insulation Hub could supply them all. I had tried other online insulation companies but they all said their shipper couldn't deliver to my post code and cancelled my order.

Insulation Hub met the same problem but made a special effort to find a different carrier who would deliver to my address. I had to pay a shipping charge instead of their normal free shipping but I was glad to pay it and get my delivery.

Ben at Insulation Hub was the only person who helped me get a delivery unlike all the other companies who just cancelled my order, great service!

Fantastic customer service helping me in any way they can - Got everything I needed to buy and a lot cheaper than I had found elsewhere. Can happily say I will be a returning customer. 10/10 more than happy to recommend.

Good price for a quality product. Rapid delivery, will definitely use again.

After being let down by another company I found insulation hub. Great price, great service. My order had to be delivered in a smaller vehicle which was no problem. They always answered the phone straight away. I was never in a queue) I would use again. 10/10 for customer service

Try to avoid. Very bad customer service. They will delay your project.

I was a first time customer, having been let down by another supplier.
The ordering process was simple, and the products arrived in good condition and precisely on time.
I will be a returning customer.
Great Job, thanks.

Insulation Hub came to our rescue with an urgent & affordable supply of Rockwool to complete a couple of new ceilings in an old house. The guys were helpful & efficient & saved us weeks of delays (& noise penetration). Can’t praise them enough! I’ll definitely be using them in our next emergency!

Ordered a roll of Tyvek Housewrap, Parcel arrived promptly, well packaged, free from damage and free delivery. What more could you want.

Ordered roll of wall membrane, all ok, arrived quickly.

One of the best companies we dealt with in terms of ordering building materials.
Fair prices and rather fast delivery.
You always can call and speak to these guys regarding your orders - which I think is of a value these days.
Good luck, Ben and the team!
