feels like a scam

I bought 3 pairs (different size and model), found one that fits. Want to send the 2 that does not fit to me but i'm going in circle with customer service. After several emails, asking for pictures, offering 35% refund, 60% refund, but no adress to return my orders, they finally announce that there is currently no adress for return when the return policy states "To return a product, you must send it by mail. The address will be communicated to you by email."
I'm currently still trying to get an adress.
The product looks good, don't know if it will last over time, but the whole experience feels like a scam and forced sale.

customer service... ? going nowhere......

i ordered a pair of shoes and got it pretty fast. the size was not ok, way too big for a 36. Send them e-mails , they answered pretty quickly, to say no problem we send you a smaller size, you can keep the other pair, please pay 14 euros for the delivery service . ok, why not, did that .. then they returned the 14 euros saying that they dont have a smaller size, do i want another model ? no i dont want another model.... the answer was : we will transfer your case to the customer service...then no more news.. now i wear the shoes with 2 extras soles, still too big but definitively confortable ... will i recommend the shoes to my co-worker? no ... too bad for them because a lot of them were interested in the shoes....

Bad customer service 😡 not answering to email or phone

I bought a pair of shoes recently but I'm not really satisfied of the product when it arrived. I sent an email to Lockfeet but haven't received any reply since. I've sent a few reminders without success. I don't know how to return the product. Seems they are ignoring the negative feedback.
