Innofinity - Always top service

Innofinity - always top service.

Have used this company several times for sets of phone parts, and phone repairs that match. They're ace and always end up being ahead of the game.

Sells broken parts

Sold me a non-working iPhone screen on eBay. They promise a refund or replacement for bad parts but it's lies. They slowly respond to email saying they will organise a return but it never happens. They just ignore you. I've replaced over 400 phone screens, with almost no other issues, but I bought 2 screens from this company it's the worst parts supplier I've dealt with.

A disappointing experience - edited

I’m feeling quite ripped off by Innofinity.

I chose to sell them my iPhone X, which met all of the criteria for the highest cash offer. I sent off my phone and after it was tested, the offer was revised at £55 less than the original offer, due to the battery failing a drainage test. On the website, it is not made clear that issues such as this could affect the price offered - I supplied them with a phone that was completely undamaged and in full working order, with no known issues, as per the criteria set out on their website. The phone is a couple of years old, so the battery is never going to be perfect!

Communication was good, to be fair, which earns them a star (can’t give 0 stars anyway) - but that’s the only positive thing I can say about my experience.

So, my advice would be, when selling a device to Innofinity, take the offer with a pinch of salt - don’t expect to get anything like the price quoted, or you’ll be disappointed!

EDIT: Innofinity have recently contacted me, offering me £10 to change this review.
I won’t be changing the review, as it’s an honest account of my experience with them. They didn’t pay me the amount they originally quoted, and there are no disclaimers on their website saying that you could be paid less if a problem (such as battery capacity) is found with the phone.
I wanted honesty and transparency from this company, which I absolutely did not receive.

AVOID, SCAMMERS, FAKE REVIEWS!!!!!

AVOID! - Sold me an iPhone 7 on eBay a few months ago that was *like new* with 100% original battery, screen etc.
Delivery was stupidly late with various lame excuses that you'd expect from a bunch of scammers!
The phone I got looks great, however the screen is loose and the top left corner doesn't work very well.
Now that I've had it inspected it shows that it has been fitted with a non-genuine screen which is very dull and rubbish quality compared to a genuine one. A metal plate inside that covers the connectors for the screen is missing completely and there's a dodgy cheap battery fitted. The screen was also fitted without any glue.
Total scammers who WILL be reported trading standards!
**** Have a look through the reviews, there are so many that are excatly the same. These people are that stupid they copy and paste their fake reviews to boost their rating!! FAKE FAKE FAKE***

This company is not to be trusted

This company is not to be trusted. I sold them 2 iphone 8's. They were dispatched by myself as per their instructions and received by them as confirmed by Royal Mail 48 Tracked. I have received no confirmation from them, no reply to my numerous emails, no reply to my numerous telephone calls and surprise surprise no payment for the phones. They have stolen my goods and I will now have to report them to the police and trading standards.

WHY offer ''free 3 day postage'' when…

WHY offer ''free 3 day postage'' when it is STILL 'being processed' 4 days later and I need the phone very URGENTLY!

Now I am worried the phone will be faulty anyway as they seem like an unreliable company and it looks like they are going to prove me RIGHT not wrong?!! :-( :-(

They seem to be rude to customers as well so please can you CANCEL my order and REFUND ME ASAP so I can order from a reliable company THANKS!

iPhone8 Supply

I ordered an iPhone 8 from 'Innofinity Worldwide' and apart from a slight glitch over the original order, I have no hesitation in recommending this company. The iPhone was as new and the assistance I received in sorting out the initial problem was excellent. This company was recommended to me by a friend who also could not fault them.
