I ordered a complete set of seat covers for a T6 on January 4, 2024. Since I'm in Italy, I sent photos of the seats and asked if they were compatible with left-hand drive. The answer was yes. So I paid for everything. ...
The goods arrived... but they weren't the right ones. The seat was for right-hand drive, the backrest for left-hand drive. The headrests were incorrect. Defective and extremely low-quality parts. After constantly insisting that they fix the problem, they offered me €30 to fix it myself... In the end, I sent the products back for repair, and a certain Michael has been there all along. I received a partial refund and am waiting for a full refund. I have some parts, but I can't use them. I don't know... but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Do not use this company, they are awful! They offered to cancel my order with them as it would of taken too long to fulfill. However, they didnt give me a refund and continued to process my order. 5 weeks later im trying to get hold of them to return the unwanted item but they dont answer the phone or respond to emails! I have no other choice but to go to a small claims court to get my money back.

Hi I would like to give you an update on previous review I posted on the 6th April after many emails requesting a refund without any response I opened a dispute with my bank and have finally received an email from my bank confirming they have got my money back I can’t reiterate this enough DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY and the worst thing is they come up as no1 on google search

This company is a complete joke total rip off no customer service , no way to contact other than email and then no reply trading standards should investigate this absolute sham of a company they owe me £390 but I think I’m never going to see that again don’t do any business with this company if I lived closer I would pay them a visit

I PRAY you read this before you’ve placed an order! I wish I had looked on here first. So I placed an order for seat covers and mats, with 3-5 day shipping, the days turned weeks, no communication, absolutely no customer service, or accountability, nothing but a system that runs you in circles, after 8 weeks, yes 8 WEEKS, and the mention of legal action, I then received emails of excuses, including DHL delivery information that was non existent when you looked it up, then more weeks passed, and eventually speak to person called “ Michael “ who again just has more excuses and blaming of others, but after complaining to Shopify and to my bank I received a refund after 11 WEEKS! They took my £600 straight away and I had to go to hell and back to get a refund I felt like I was being scammed.
Oh and don’t believe a word of any generic reply to this review!

If so they are,useless to ..5 weeks ago I ordered and get constant lies .they with DHL..they are,in production.. they being posted tomorrow i get every time I email. Terrible customer service. no instructions, poor fit, no customer service
The materials are okay, but the seat covers are a poor fit and cover safety features on the seat.
There are no instructions (needed for a triple van seat).
We got random parts from other packs (maybe someone is missing one)
They have no customer service and don't respond to emails, calls or messages.
I do not recomend

Terrible company. Do not buy from these. We ordered a month ago. They said they have sent the parcel 3 weeks ago. We've not received anything and they will not reply to emails. They take your money and ghost you. Avoid at all cost.

3 months and still no sign of my order
Ordered seat covers for a brand new van on 22nd February and as of today (18th may) its still not been delivered. What's worse is that on multiple occasions I've been given assurances via email that my order will be dispatched "by the end of the week at the latest". They seemed happy enough to take my money but since then all I've had are lies.
Really disappointing and frustrating.

They keep ignoring requests for refunds and claim its been sent or being sent that same day for delivery tomorrow. Nothing actually gets delivered.
I have tried ringing their advertised number but gets cut off. I was trying to avoid going through the bank but clearly they intend to hold on to the money.
Like everyone else, ordered, paid and then nothing. I get automated responses saying they have a new customer service team now and someone will contact me the next day with a status, but no one ever has. Luckily paid on credit card so will claim it back. Would not recommend.

Delayed refund
After having waited a long time for our covers to arrive, we discovered they had been incorrectly ordered (completely our fault). Following discussion it was agreed that we could return them for a refund, this we did some 6 weeks ago, needless to say we are still awaiting payment despite reassurance from Inka that the refund would only take between 3-5 days. A company that doesn’t have a phone number is not being more efficient as they would have you believe on their answer phone message, they just don’t want to deal with their customers. I would not trust them again…..
If a representative from Inka would like to prove me wrong then I will gladly alter this review …..

I orderd seat covers for a 2020 peugeot partner van, spoke to customer service on Friday and was told they would be dispatched that day and they was and I received then on monday and that was to Ireland! Very happy with the product fit and look well 👍

Placed a £500 order in March 2026 expecting 2-5 day delivery as specified on the website. Contacted support who explained to wait 2 more weeks due to high demand. I have since emailed them and not received a response. I am still waiting for my full set of VW seat covers. Please do not use this company.
