Indigo Car Hire Reviews 

I rented a car through Indigo Car Hire for a trip to Scotland, with the rental provided by Avis.

Everything went smoothly until Avis unexpectedly charged me an additional £52 after the rental, without any explanation or prior notice.

While Avis was completely unresponsive, a wonderful person named Matt Carter from Indigo Car Hire went above and beyond to help. He contacted Avis on my behalf and, after a month of persistent follow-up, successfully secured a refund for the incorrect charge.

Excellent customer service from Indigo Car Hire, especially Matt. Without his help, I doubt the issue would have been resolved!

Fantastic service, Matt made booking a car using a debit card a seamless experience.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff giving advice on best prices and when we had a problem with a third party hirer they resolved the problem for us.

The staff response time and handling of our booking was excellent. Initially Matt and then Sam Dubronics.

Cherie (not sure I have her name right) was incredibly helpful in sorting out issues with Enterprise rent-a-car.

After the Enterprise centre we booked initially blatantly refused to rent to me for bogus reasons, she did all she could to convince them, and then subsequently booked a rental with another centre immediately.

I will definitely be using indigo again!

As I was 80 I was struggling to find a coar hire company that would accept me. It looked as if my holiday was ruined, but indigo rescued me in a friendly and efficient way.

Very smooth booking experience for me. Most companies are very difficult because my license in the UK is less than 1 year old but these guys are always great and helpful. Sam D supported me over the chat and was courteous and helpful. Whole process took about 5 mins. Would definitely use them again.
