Made a request and was returned with a call within 20 mins. I was treated promptly and assured that a car would be made available as soon as possible. My request were met and Matt went above and beyond to supply a car at such short notice. Excellent service from a great person.

Company is very helpful and friendly staff. Rates are great low deposit and being able to use debit card is brilliant!

Only issue that stops this from getting 5 cars is everything is done through WhatsApp which feels a bit sketchy

I spoke to Jake who helped me through the process of booking a car rental for Ibiza. He was so communicative, no dodgy business just straight to the point and it was so refreshing after searching through so many companies who were just expensive for no good reason! Great price for the duration of stay, car I was getting and also a SUPER good price for a young driver. Definitely using again for future trips, super quick and easy booking process.

As a senior driver I find it difficult to obtain car hire at a reasonable price. Indigo Car Hire were very prompt and efficient and offered a mid size SUV at a very good price for one week. Unfortunately I had to cancel the booking and therefore can't comment on the full experience. However, I will definitely use Indigo again and recommend them.
