iPad 7 arrived next day, practically brand new. I ordered Good used so was expecting some cosmetic marks but absolutely brand new

Ordered samsung s9 for my daughters birthday they was helpful at the start it was delivered to wrong address by royalmail which there was proof of that and then the seller was useless refusing to refund me he didn't even bother to claim of royalmail and lied about ringing them onbuy refunded me and I'm still getting messages of the seller to send phone back how is that even possible if he clearly knows I aint got it and has the proof there with GPS of royamail absolute waste of time never order of them again avoid this seller or u could be in the same situation as me!

Exceptional. Ordered an iPad 8 for my sons birthday expected in Friday arrived next day. The item looks like it just came out of the apple shop. I’m a tech person myself and I checked the inside battery on a software. It’s on 99%. So far so good.

I bought an iPad Pro generation 2 from this company and paid £10 for next day delivery. Unfortunately, after three weeks of promises from their customer service, they have now cancelled the order and are allegedly processing a refund
Very disappointed you have dozens of these iPads listed on your website, but apparently (so I’m told by customer services on the phone) none of them past quality checks…

Update. After leaving this review I was contacted by someone sensible from IncTablet.
They admitted this item was out of stock but I was able to upgrade to the next model for £xxx amount. I agreed and the taller arrived the following day and was is in mint condition, very happy for what I paid. An easy resolution that should have been offered from the beginning!
I would buy from them again but a call to check the stock is imperative.

iPad 6 order from Wowcher
Bought 2 iPads 6 for my kids recently, devices look and work perfectly, ordering was very easy and delivery was quick - within a couple of days. Would totally recommend to everyone who is looking for reliable refurbished device.

Ordered a refurb iPhone XR and had a slight issue with the delivey. When I contacted them about this, they upgraded the phone and threw in a screen protector, both free of charge. The response couldn’t be faulted, great customer service.

Had an issue with the battery. It wouldn’t last quite as long as I expected

From issue to replacement took 48 hours, admittedly I was using the wrong plug.

I bought an Iphone in A1 condition at Christmas. After a few weeks the LCD screen started having an occasional glitch but after five months it packed in altogether. It had never been dropped or mishandled in any way by me and has absolutely no visible damage, so I contacted them and they replied... " LCD screen issues are not covered under our warranty scheme. We can, however, repair it at a cost " (£54:99) "

So it seems their 1 year "no quibble" warranty is worthless , there are so many exceptions, especially as their final coverall is "accidental damage" which they could say about anything !. They wouldn't even take the phone back to check it.
It seems to Inctablet "no quibble" means "No argument we won't fix it !"

Contacted IncTablet at 10am on Thursday about some iPads for a garage workshop for running a newly installed garage management software.
Initially wanted a older model and was kindly advised that for a little bit more per unit we could have one of the latest models (2021 iPad Pro). Sealed a deal that was extremely competitive. Paid and done by 12pm. 11am Friday the iPads are delivered with chargers and screen protectors.
Cannot recommend IncTablet enough. Will be back for personal devices in the future

I bought an iPad from wowcher and when i received it, unfortunately it had a system issue and wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi. They sent me a postage label and as soon as it was delivered a replacement was sent out and i receive this next day. They were very quick with their responses, customer service is brilliant. Even though there was an issue they rectified it quickly keeping me updated. Thank you!

We ordered an ipad air2 via Wowcher, great physical condition but was not the colour ordered, and the battery life was very poor (it would shut itself down when the battery went below 53%). After a pleasant couple of email exchanges with IncTablet they agreed to replace it, they even emailed me a return postage label which was a nice touch. I posted it back on the Tuesday, and was delighted to receive the replacement unit back on the Friday of the same week. A big thank you to Natalia in their customer service dept for dealing with this issue so quickly and professionally .

Bought through woucher. 13th December No contact with the company. Still.not received 5th January. Sent message to cancel and refund. I await response. My apology. Seems woucher at fault. They held order up. Inctablet posted and Royal Air holding up now. Item has been on way since 30th December. Hopeful delivery soon. No problem with inctablet if this is the case. Will add rating later.5 star rating due this company with my sincere apology.

Ordered iPad 4 on wowcher

Didn’t realise it won’t update and kids could t use YouTube

Spoke to incTablet, admittedly I assumed they sent me a broke ipad

After there advice and apples, it seems that all ipad 4 only works on iOS 10

Nevertheless incTablet stepped in and helped to upgrade to ipad 6

Loving the 6 and the kids are super happy

Overall really good to see how there customer service sorted this issue for me

Update: I have received an email confirming my order will be delivered via dpd next day delivery

Ordered an iPad grade a via Wowcher on 13th expected delivery 19th December still not received. Tried to contact via phone, email and contact form on their website and have still not had a response or been able to speak to anyone - message box is full using phone number. This is a Xmas gift for an elderly relative and now looking like I may not receive on time. Initially Wowcher account showed this order was in progress and there was a Royal Mail tracking code, but this has now disappeared too so no way of tracking the progress without speaking to merchant! Horrible time of year to be left spending hundreds of pounds on including an additional £10 for express delivery (I am aware of the strikes so probably only have until Thursday to receive) especially with the ongoing cost of living crisis!
