Paid for boots September 2021

Paid for boots September 2021, am still awaiting delivery one year later. They sent emails asking me to be patient, they then stopped all correspondence, l haven't received boots or refund. Do not buy from that website it is a scam.

International Fraud

Hello
I had a bad experience with inch 2, I bought 2 pairs of shoes and it was more than 46 weeks ago, every time im requesting my order and purchase, they are telling me all the excuses...
They even told me that I have a chance to collect them from Latvia in Riga. I live in Australia and no change for me to go there and collect them from the shop. Is there any possible way to get my money back if i can't get my purchase soon? They even overcharged me for postage, it's says on the website the purchase over € 300 is free, but they charged me for postage.

For that price...

Not the most comfortable pair of boots (the monk style) plus the little heel peace just ripped off (I was gentle with them). It seemed high quality but after a few months they kind of noticably started falling apart. The laces also are pretty bad and fragile. Everything would be fine if only the didn't cost 200 euros, for that price I would expect something more durable and maybe comfortable.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Yep, the same happened to me - paid for a pair, not to hear back in ages despite chasing. I’ll look into taking legal action because this is obviously a scam and needs to be taken down.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost! The website is a scam, the shoes are not in stock and once you pay you end up in never ending email pingpong with their customer service. Paid for 2 pair of shoes - one pair arrived after 8 months of non stop mailing and inquiring, the other one never arrived. They will never refund back, lie about some refund system problems for months and at the end they will show you some very ugly outdated shoes that you can get instead of your originally paid nice pair of shoes. Never again.

Terrible company. Never ever buy boots from them. I made an order a year ago. Guess if I received my boots? No. Each time I enquire about them, I receive the same answer "batch is late, we will receive it next month". A year ago order was made. I can't it...

I ordered boots in November 2021

I ordered boots in November 2021. I still have not received them as of September 2022. I don’t expect to ever receive the them. Yet, they still have one sale after another. It seems to me that running sales when they can’t fulfill current orders is dishonest. As another reviewer pointed out, they appear to have serious financial issues. Steer clear!

Recent experience

I've purchased shoes from inch2 in the past. My first purchase took 2 months, the next 4 purchases 2 -3 weeks. I am not sure what happened or why the company is having shipping issues, but i feel terrible for recommending to friends and family as they are still waiting for their orders placed back Nov 2021. Available solutions offered by the company 1. Be patient, 2. pick up your order from the Latvia warehouse or 3. call your credit card company and ask for a chargeback. I do like their shoes and hope they can resolve their issues soon.

The European Consumer Center in Latvia informed that on 30/03/2022 the company SIA "Animo forti" (reg. no. 40103824574), also known as Inch2, was declared insolvent. All creditors of the company are invited to submit their creditor claims to the appointed bankruptcy administrator.

4) time of occurrence of the claim;

Order is MIA

Ordered boots in December 2021 and it’s currently September 2022, and I’ve yet to receive my order! I’ve contacted them numerous times. After getting the run around for 6 months, I was finally told they would issue a refund a month ago. To-date, I still haven’t received this alleged refund so I’m filing a dispute with my credit card company.

avoid avoid avoid

I ordered from INCH2 a couple years ago and I was not very impressed with their service at first time as waiting time was long, but i loved their shoes and at the time waiting time have not been that bad till recently I tried to give them a second chance, because like i said I really liked their shoes, but this time it got even worse than the last time.
I ordered my 2pair of shoes at the beginning of March 2022 and still did not received my order so I contacted their customer service and got email saying my order will be at the end of June month.
End of the month comes : Orders never arrived.
I contacted again customer service and I got exactly the same message just with the change of the month to end of July
End of the month: Orders never arrived. 
I contacted customer service again 2 weeks ago but they haven’t replied this time.
It feels like cat and mouse game.

Please avoid dealing with this company. They are quick to take your money but don’t update you on your order, waiting and shipping time is unbelievable and in overall very poor mannered company with rubbish service.

Do not buy from this company! Never received item and said they couldn’t refund me !

Do not buy from this company!! I ordered a pair of shoes on the 31/08/2021 and never got them. Customer service kept replying and telling me my item would be ready at the end of the month. I finally gave up and asked for a refund, they tried to offer me deals instead of a refund. I asked for a refund and they responded over a week later (after I chased for an answer) saying they couldn’t refund me and I’d have to do a charge back with my card company. The worst experience I’ve ever had as a consumer and pretty sure it’s illegal to refuse a refund. I also rang the uk number shown on their website and no one answered.

FAILED AGAIN!!!!!

FAILED AGAIN!!!!!!
I did order from INCH2 a while ago and was not happy with the service. Now I tried to give them a second chance, because I really love their shoes, but this time is even worse than last time.
I orderes my shoes on July 18th and still did not get my oderder! I texted customer service on August 10th but still haven't heard from them!!!!!
Worst of all is that they took my money right away!!!!

Never received my two orders

I bought a pair of sandals and a pair of boots at the beginning of March 2022. I've never received them. I've contacted customer service, they get back to me with the same answer, saying my order will be at the end of the month. The orders never arrived. I contacted again and I received exactly the same message just changing the month.

They don't keep the customer informed and when you place the order they don't let you know about at least 6 months wait? It's actually shocking this is happening in the industry.

If you're taking the time to read this, please do not buy in INCH2 if you value your time.

Unprofessionalism and Incompetence taken to the next level

I made an order in January 2022. Today, 17th of August 2022 I still have not received the order. I have asked them to refund my money in several ocassions but they always come back with an excuse... this last time they told me that that their system does not allow refunds... So then in the end I have told them that if there is no chance to proceed with a refund to please send the product ASAP. They have just emailed me saying that the production of the product I purchased in January has been postponed to end of September.... I have no words... This is unprofessionalism and incompetence taken to the next level. I feel like I have been robbed. I am now looking into opening a claim in some sort of consumer office in Riga...

Terrible and Shocking Business

I bought a pair of shoes on the 25th March 22 and still today 17/08/2022 have received nothing. They have responded to my emails say they are unable to give me a refund I have to claim it back through my bank. They then said my shoes were going to be delayed indefinitely and they offered for me to choose another pair of shoes from there website. I choose a pair that where 20 euro's more than the original pair, they asked for the 20 euro's. I advised them I was giving them no more money, that I really wanted my money back but they where making me choose another pair of shoes. To which they replied my original shoes they had found one pair in stock and where going to send them out.

I asked how long it would take to dispatch them and they said it would take a month!

I am really, really annoyed by this all. Its totally shocking to me that they are doing this.

If I could give no stars that would be too many!!

I ordered a pair of shoes on the first of March 2022 and so far (August 15th 2022) I have received nothing, neither a product or a refund. They responded to all my emails but have never actioned anything and have finally told me to claim the money back from my credit card! Appalling, fraudulent company!
