Back in 2018 I got a really wonderful pair of boots from this company. Something must’ve happened with their production or operations as when I ordered two additional pairs in June 2025 - I never received them. Last reply I ever got from them was in August 2025 after I inquired about the status which they said my boots were in production but could take another three weeks and I have not heard from them since, despite my many emails to them. Now I see that their website is down and also it’s too late for me to dispute the charge on my credit card. What a bummer. These were really a great pair of boots. It’s unfortunate whatever happened.

No reply... 2 months since my order. I hope it is just super late and not scam.

They did not deliver the products I purchased and They do not respond to emails..I am totally disappointed because this was my second purchase and the first one went smoothly.

Please beware and do not order from them under any circumstances. This is a second review from me because I've emailed them several times trying to understand where my order is until they simply blocked me. Incredibly disappointing and I'm now out £100+.

I ordered 4 pairs of boots paid in sterling pounds never received anything. I swear they are a scam.i searched high and low this company closed a long time ago but website and all their procedures are as they were when a real business. Maybe the owners are the ones scamming people. Hundreds of people have been scammed. They sit there and get rich while we struggle to pay cost of living.cant they be shut down???is there really no help no law to take them to task??? My funds went to American payment systems no trace??? Is there no cyber protection?? I am disabled and visually impaired. Excuses typo errors

Ordered pair of boots in their sale on 15th September, order no E7830811. They have merrily taken my money and disappeared with it - no notification of shipping, no product and no response to multiple emails, not even an automated response. I would not recommend you order from this brand.

Do not order. They only accept payment .
Ordered in May, in 29 October not received. No answer from email. Phones stop working.
Please someone close this website.

I placed an order on September 19, 2025 (Order #E7830852), but I haven’t received the shoes yet!!

Id give it a zero but cant. They took payment from me, said the order was delayed and then never fulfilled the order. They do this so you are out of the time you can claim the money back. It's a total scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM you will not get your shoes or money back,

Guess what? I’m on the band wagon also. I placed an order on June 17, 2025. I requested information sometime in late July or early August. Simona replied that they usually take 3-4 weeks. “Slight delay” but that’s ok, as I had ordered a few years ago, which at the time also took long to receive, but I understood. Now it’s been almost 4 months: no news. Shame on you for not replying and reimbursing. Shame, shame, shame Animo Forte. Terrible publicity for the manufacturers of your country: LATVIA. Not very trustworthy.

What a disappointment! I ordered a pair of boots from INCH a few years ago (2018) and, even though they took several weeks to arrive, they were amazing boots, great quality and I still wear them. Fast forward to 2025 and I feel like I have been scammed. Ordered a pair of shoes on 3rd July and have received nothing. Now it is the end of September. They have replied to one of my emails, saying they are “in production” but nothing since. I’ve asked for a refund. Sadly I am not very hopeful. I suspect (from reading the other reviews here) that the original company went bust and some scammer has taken over. I notice that the stock has not changed in the last six years.

I can't believe this company is still going......i bought from them around 4 years ago and never received my shoes. I sent around 30 emails looking for a refund. I couldn't get my money off the bank because too much time had passed. I was hoping they had been shut down but I see they are STILL taking people's money. I wish customers would check here first before buying from a company they have never used before. It would have saved them their hard earned cash which is now gone. I don't understand how the authorities can't shut these guys down.

Ordered shoes on 1st of July 2025. Received confirmation email. No sign of shoes. Emailed them to ask where is my order and girl named Simona replied and said they are in production. Fast forward to September- emailed again. No answer. I heard a lot of good things about the shows in past but could never afford them. Now had money to buy these shows and they scammed me. Can’t even get my money back since I paid with my debit card.. lesson learned I guess

I placed an order on June 6, 2025 with Inch2. After not receiving any shipping updates, I reached out on June 15 and June 20. Their customer service replied on June 20, saying my order was “currently in production” and that I should simply be patient.

By August 17 (more than two months later), I still hadn’t received anything. I emailed again, pointing out how long I’d been waiting, but got no reply at all. Today is September 11, more than three months after ordering, and I have received neither shoes nor any further communication.

This is completely unacceptable. I have now reported the transaction as fraud to my credit card company.

SCAM, Finger weg!!!

NO STARS - THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered 2 months ago, no boots and I've chased on mail a few times, even got a mail from 'Simona'. Don't buy anything, see all the bad comments on Instagram too, tons of people saying they never got the product.

Swindlers, who take the money and never deliver the orders! I was waiting for two years and now I will make a process to sue this brand for fraud! Never buy anything here, it’s all about to keep your money .

It annoys me I can’t do ‘no stars’…. Spent £300 plus on a pair of boots and had order confirmation- then nothing! Weeks passed, I’ve emailed / tried social media/ their website….just asking for an acknowledgement of my order. If they said it’ll take 3 mths - I’m ok if my expectations are managed but silence! Credit card company have taken it on. It’s a fu£king disgrace how this company can flaunt the handmade / small company theme and rip people off. None of their phone numbers work. Their London address is fake. I’m fully intending on contacting their ‘apparent’ uk retailer (which I’m sure is also fake!).

I was scammed. I ordered and payed for boots that never arrived! Tried contacting them, but never got an answer. I don't know how to claim my money back....
