Almost three months later I still have not been able to receive what I ordered.
There is a lack of communication from the side of Impermo about the delivery options. I have tried to contact them via online chat, I was promised that someone will call me but that also has not happened.

We bought a lot of things and everything was great customer experience. From the selection of the material on the website or shop, through the staff, we could not expect better.
Only remark was that i had to go 3x times to pick up the same tilles because the boxes had broken items. I know it is not Impermo's fault, but wanted to highlight.

No possibility to pick up free samples…
No possibility to pick up free samples at the store. Then don’t call it “free” box when I have to pay 10€ to get it. And only for 4, so 20€ for 8 samples.

It is indeed not possible to pick up samples in our stores. We offer the option of a sample box so that you can make your choice in the comfort of your own home and without any time pressure. The samples themselves are free, but there is a shipping cost of 10 euros. We offer you a voucher of 10 euros to reimburse this cost with your purchase.
