We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced while trying to place an order. We want to clarify that our customer service team is available every day via phone from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

It’s unfortunate that you encountered an issue with the phone number format during your online order process. Have you tried entering it via ‘0031’? That's the format the site takes it at. If you’re still having trouble, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us during our opening hours. We’re here to assist you with placing your order or resolving any issues.

be delivered very soon. We also depend on our suppliers to get the tiles in time in our showrooms.
