, Mahomed Mukadam,I visited the Audiology Clinic on 2 Beatrice Place on Thursday 18 September 2025 for my Audiology Tests and assessment.
I was seen by a young lady Zonera, who was very polite, very professional and kind. She asked all the relevant questions regarding my tinnitus and partial deafness and then carried out the hearing test. At the end of it, she was kind enough to explain , patiently, the results of the tests

After twice being given wrong medical advice by two so-called experts I contacted imperial hearing based in Newport. After three weeks of suffering 95% deafness in both ears the lady there corrected my problem in less than 15 minutes and has absolutely changed my life. Thank you so so much, it was worth every penny.

I visited the Chipping Sodbury branch. I was greeted by a lady on reception called Karen, who was very polite, cheerful and made me feel at ease. I was then called in by the Audiologist Quan, who was also so lovely. Quan was very thorough and extremely methodical. I cannot stress how much my new hearing aid has improved my life, especially in a social environment. I highly recommend this branch of Imperial Hearing.

I have used Imperial Hearing in Cheltenham for many years and their service is some of the best I have ever received anywhere. They take really good care of their customers and always are there to help with any problem or anything that needs adjusting or fixing.

The service provided by Debbie at the Leamington Branch is excellent.
As a person who actually uses hearing aids herself, I felt that throughout our meetings she was empathetic with my issues and concerns. The fact that she is able to test all the hearing aid models that come onto the market, gives her credibility and a great advantage over other audiologists. Debbie was able to explain the various aids available and at no time did I feel under pressure to purchase anything. Debbie was focussed on matching me with the right hearing aid rather than pushing me towards the most expensive. Three weeks on from my first fitting, my aids are superb and I cannot recommend highly enough Debbie's services.

Went to Imperial in Abbey Meads, Swindon. Penny did an excellent job clearing a significant build up in my left ear. She cleared my ear with care and no pain. Kept me informed at all times. Thank you.

Took my Dad along to have her hearing assessed and the team dealt with her very professionally and reassuringly, putting her at ease really well. I was impressed with the service and care she received - they said she didn't need hearing aids yet, which was good they didn't try and sell her any regardless. As and when we need to go back again, we wouldn't hesitate in doing so.

I went to Imperial Hearing in Chipping Sodbury with the intention of having an ear flush but was talked into this ear suction procedure instead, a decision that has had devastating consequences.
The procedure left me with irreversible hearing damage resulting in hyperacusis and relentless 24/7 tinnitus.
An audiologist concluded that my hearing loss was similar to infantry soldiers who incur damage from rifle fire.
Now simple tasks that require concentration are no longer possible, reading, watching TV etc.
The company did return my £75 fee but refused to communicate on the matter of compensation.

I recently had new hearing aids fitted by Peter at Christchurch and Poole’s branches of Imperial Hearing. Peter seemed amazingly thorough with his hearing tests and subsequent hearing aid programming. He carried out testing which seemed much more thorough than I had experienced in the past. My new aids (OTICON Intent 1) are much more effective than my previous ones (Oticon OPN 1) even though those were one of the best available when they were new 5 years ago. I am very grateful to Peter for the care he took to ensure I have had the very best outcome possible with my new hearing aids.

Pleasant service..but very expensive. Approx 40% above market price. Regrettably I did not request price upfront and was shocked to be stung with £75 for ear wax removal.
