Blackpool - experience spoiled by poor staff attitude
Blackpool. The wash itself was generally ok and cost was fine; if I'm being picky, then the finish wasn't all that great with some streaks evident. The main issue for me was the people who were working there at the time, whom I would describe as morose with very little idea of customer service and how to speak to people.

Great service
I have always been greeted by polite, cheerful, respectful and friendly staff. They are very helpful if I have any problems with the IMO app on my phone. The machinery does a good job of cleaning my car. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone asking me where they can get their car cleaned.

Quick and Easy
Really easy to pay upfront on the app. Just show up, the staff scan the QR code and all set! I got the Rain Guard wash and it’s made my car lovely and shiny. It’s definitely something I’ll be coming back for, really happy with the result.

Bought a wash online, been twice over the last 2 days and it's still closed for maintenance. You should state if it's closed on the app.

You (finally) get (some of) what you paid for
Paid for the ultra hd wash. The attendant put it through as a cheaper wash, fortunately I noticed. They said, 'I'll just give you 4 pounds.'
I refused this. He turned off the wash, but then couldn't get it going again so I waited for 20 minutes for them to fix it.
When I finally got the wash I had paid for, the rain x part was broken and was pouring the product over the right side of my car, meanwhile the left of my car received no product.
I have been using this was for 4 years and this has made me question whether I should spend my money there.
