I used to think that IMO were overly…

I used to think that IMO were overly expensive, but I know now that they will do a proper job, that others won't! The app is easy to use, and rewards loyalty. The staff are obviously well recruited, because they are professional, capable and have good customer service skills. They are often lone workers, and I've never had anything but excellent service from IMO operatives. I thoroughly recommend IMO Car Wash! 👍🏻

Everything was ok with the brushes and…

Everything was ok with the brushes and the whole process until the last bit with those wipers going round before exiting , the result after that was very bad that all car and windows looked like it’s been wiped with a dirty cloth

Staff are always helpful and polite

Staff are always helpful and polite.

I paid extra for Ultra wash and if I’m honest I couldn’t see any difference. Also it was cheaper for me to pay at the car wash than on the App with a discount.
