A very fast and efficient car wash center. Staff is very helpful and had good experience. The vacuum cleaner is powerfully but need atleast 2-3 coins to clean full car.

Bit rushed, I was the only car there, didn’t get the wheel clean, guy with spray walked around like “I hate my job” if he’d got the spray on the wheels I think they would have cleaned up better

I paid 4£ extra just to get my wheels cleaned as per new prices. But wheels are not cleaned properly, instead last time with 6£ cleaning it was better. Also car was wet from many places after cleaning

Poor
On arrival I ve noticed that a member of the public / customer was using the vaccuum cleaner in the valeting area next to the car wash .not sure if they should do , even if they are allowed to ... I 've paid for Diamond wax before arrival . The staff attendant went on to spray my car on ONE side - only .. with a little bit of foam - then to spray / rinse it quickly as a pre- wash and that was it . No foam and special attention on the other side . Seems like it was too much effort for him. Then to finish it off he missed to put the protective plastic bag/ sleeve for the rear wiper blade before sending the car through the machine .

Car wash stopped due to a code
Car wash stopped due to a code, had to move the car. Car got wet inside drivers door as my husband had to pit it down mid wash to hear what the attending was saying.

I paid on the app for triple foam
I paid on the app for triple foam, when I was going through the wash I noticed no triple foam, in fact it looked like there was no triple foam in the pipes
I spotted that there was no flashing light indicating what wash I was getting so I wasn't sure if the right button had been pressed.
Raised the issue with the attendant who said sometimes the light doesn't work, they were courteous but im still not convinced that they had filled empty reservoirs of triple foam

There was no prewash in my service
There was no prewash in my service. There was quick jet wash and only back of car got a scrub. The workers hardly did anything. You should have people keep eye on your workers.

I purchased a £19 car was with an offer of a free £8 wash, this was over two weeks ago, I have sent two emails, without any acknowledgement. Very disappointed to say the least.

The Brighouse wash is great
The Brighouse wash is great. However it would be better with a blower like Halifaxs that comes down and clears residual water better. Find if I don’t get out and manually micro towel windows they dry crap and still make car look unclean. 👍
