Can I just thank the guys at imFixed for help with my Nokia phone. They were the only business I could find which dealt with them....and agreed same day for screen replacement and bleeding on Saturday!!! I cannot thank them enough and whilst another issue arose which meant it couldn't be same day, the price didn't change. If you have a Nokia, get down there! Will be more than happy to use again. Amazing service 😁

One month on from my previous review, and the screen has just stopped working, not only has this place done an incomplete job but a poor repair at that. I contacted their customer service and left 3 reviews for a period of over a month. They have not contacted me back, I am a reasonable person but I am incredibly angry that these sorts of scam still happen and give a bad name to legitimate places.

I also suspect that a lot of the reviews have been written by bots or are fake so look at the negative reviews first and see if you still want to use them.

I will be contacting trading standards, contact me on facebook with evidence if you also have an experience of being scammed.

tl;dr: avoid if at all possible

Thought the phone was done, not so, fixed in 30 minutes, absolutely delighted

Took my mini ipad 4 to have a new screen and was repaired within 3 days. Fantastic first rate job being kept informed by texts and e mails throughout the repair process. It was also cheaper than the approximate initial web quote. Highly recommended.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS !

Booked into get my iPhone screen repaired but found a better price elsewhere in Bury. I emailed them asking to cancel my order, I sent another email and another… no response ! Months go by and Klarna say they are chasing payment for this order. I then rang the business and explained and gave me a number to text, I text the number… months go by again! I finally get in contact via what’s app and say they are unwilling to give me a refund cause of my bad review and have now blocked me on what’s app. Absolutely pathetic.

Awful response times, awful customer service and awful prices ! Cheaper elsewhere in Bolton and bury. They are now also lying and saying I used there service when I clearly haven’t and screen shots back this up.

I’ve never felt the need to leave a review for any business until I encountered these lot.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS BELIEVE ME!

My iPhone SE’s battery was dropping its charge like a stone, 100% - 1% overnight. Battery replaced in 10 minutes, whilst I waited. Everything seems fine (so far) and the £25 charge was much better than a new iPhone! Very pleased, well done.

Was awful very friendly but we was told our x box would take 4 days to repair after 9 days we called them to ask if ready to collect and they told us it’s a problem with the power cable and will cost £80 was quoted £40 originally,we said no they said £75. We didn’t even give them the power cable in the first place so knew this was made up . On pick up they said it can’t be fixed. SCAM

Took my laptop in on a recent Sunday with a screen issue and was promised I would get a call on that day or the following morning about my repair, I got a text message to confirm the repair was underway with a link to track my repair which doesn't work. I noticed my name, and so my e-mail address, was spelt wrong so didn't get any e-mails.
Didn't get a call on Monday morning as promised so called in the afternoon and was told it hadn't been looked at and they then hung up. Called back and the same person said he thought the conversation was over (it is possible he has never used a phone to speak to anyone before) who didn't apologise. I pointed out my name and so my e-mail was spelt wrong which he didn't respond to and he said I would get a call on the Tuesday morning.
Didn't get a call on Tuesday so I called again in the afternoon and was passed to the technician who said that they hadn't called me as they had deleted my number off their system in error. He then quoted a price for a new screen which was £150 more than the price for the same repair on their website. Made the easy decision not to go ahead with letting this company repair it and he said I could pick up my laptop on Wednesday afternoon.
Based on my previous experience I called at lunchtime on Wednesday to see if it was ready to pick up and was told that it wasn't but they would call me later that day when it was ready. I explained that if I couldn't get it today I would be away for a few days so would pick it up until next week and they didn't call me as they promised anyway.
Got a text message (on the number they said they had deleted) on Friday to say that my repair was complete and that it was ready to pick up.
Went in on Monday and was initially told that my laptop had been repaired until the screen was opened and it was clear that it hadn't been. The person serving on this occasion was polite and helpful but as the company had failed in almost every other aspect I wouldn't trust I'mFixed to repair anything.
