I prefer not having store memberships, as these are invasive data collection schemes disguised as as "fun discounts for fun people" or some other marketing nonsense. I don't mind missing out on the incentives to share my data, but Imerco takes it to the next level by having "discounts" that effectively result in the privacy conscious consumer having to pay double for pricey items.

I did not purchase the item I was looking for, and will find an equivalent elsewhere.

Great service from Nicoline from the store at Field’s. She was very kind and helpful. We’ll definetely visit the store again :)

I bought the headphones online from your shop two weeks ago. Today I try to charge battery , i just find out that the charger doesn’t fit on the headphone. I can’t put the charger in the hole because the hole doesn’t mat with the charger. Today I bought it to the shop Imerco in Aabenraa ask them if it possible to get refund or change to the new headphone and they answer me its not possible they will sent it to fix and they will send sms to me when the product is ready and i have to go pick up at the shop. I asked them when will it be ready they said don’t know when . I feel very bad with their services. I feel like it unfair for me that i have to handle with this problem because its not my fault, but it yours products that bad quality . I wish you show more responsibility about this and could help more.

In my belief I was buying a new product, but it was pre used and dirty. Returned and got my money back, went somewhere else.

Ordered a baking pan. Good quality and timely delivery. Never disappointed by Imerco.

Service was excellent

After using the Scanpan Black Iron three times (just basic cooking, which any inexpensive pan should handle), it started developing brown spots and losing color in some areas inside the pan. The worst part was that after reaching out to Imerco, their solution was, "It’s your fault because you overheated it." By the way, I followed the instructions and did not overheat it.

After this I will be no longer a customer of either Imerco or Scanpan. Very disappointed.

At Imerco I always find good quality and good prices. I recommend having Imerco plus, it's free and you get great discounts.

I bougth lamps as chrismas presents.
You had them ready for pickup on Dec 30th !!!
I tried to have them sent to a different location but that's not possible.
No responses to my emails.
In general bad service and very bad customer experience
