Sadly i checked physically at the store…
Sadly i checked physically at the store and called and store told me they don’t have the item in store whereas website said they did. I ended up paying shipping only to get reply the item is already in stock at the store. No refund was made for shipping, may be a gift card, not sure what i can buy with the amount though 😅

We can inform you that the shipping is deducted from the total amount, when the item is not shipped, but picked from the shelf.

Was told my order would be dispatched…
Was told my order would be dispatched same day, order was dispatched 8 days later and naturally when they finally went to pack my order one of the products was out of stock! It was very much in stock when I ordered it - their incompetence led to them waiting until it was out of stock - great service considering it was a birthday present as well, it arriving almost a full business week after the birthday was the cherry on top. Emails sent asking for status or updates or explanations were ignored or auto responded! Use price runner to find the same products for cheaper and a better customer experience !!

I ordered various items and paid with my credit card. I got a message to try another card. I did. Was charged on both cards. Next thing you canceled the entire order???
Apparently your on line shopping website doesn’t work. I spent hours on trying to straighten out and called several times only to be told that I had to start over. Refer to case #25198336 !
