Outdated services
The shop assistant did not manage to get my order shipped to the store, forcing me to pay for shipping costs. When I wanted to cancel the order later because I found a better product on another site, I could not do so online or on the phone; they required me to go back to that same store and do it physically there. Are we back in the XX century, very outdated services!
